My dad went here for a coffee, went and paid for his coffee in the drive through, but as he waited, he saw workers just walking around and doing nothing. They forgot about him and they asked what he wanted, but they wanted him to pay again for his coffee and the manager was giving him a hard time. Please avoid this location horrible service.
it was 10 o' clock and the employee said she was closed til her general manager got there. We then watched her serve coffee to several other customers, so tried again. The employee again said she eas closed and when we pointed out that she just served multiple customers she proceeded to get a major attitude and say I'm closed! Absolutely ridiculous!

Disgusting and unsanitary. I watch an employee blow their nose and proceed to make my coffee without washing their hands. Grabbing the top of my cup where I would drink from with her hands. Stay away. The reviews for this location will tell you a lot about this location
There were no medium and large sized cups available.Only small and extra large cups were available. What kind of Tim Horton's is this? Moreover no steep tea was available. Totally disappointed with their service.

This location needs to get it together. I have been there several times over the past few years and every single time I go there they are either out of stock or they don’t have enough stock to fulfill my order. They really need to step it up and be a real Tim Hortons. They are lacking customer service skills as well as managerial direction. Do not go there. It is a waste of time. You will be disappointed every time.
Never see anyone at the counter. That Tims is definitely missing sales.
This location is stealing your change. Months later and they are still claiming a coin shortage. Instead of stealing your change why do they not round the price down to lower dollar. Criminal. My bill was $4.45 and they refused to provide the change, so then I asked for a receipt for the $5.00 and they also refused to provide a $5.00 receipt.
