Used to stop at this Tims a couple times a week and always had great service. Several months ago all that changed. Now every time they take my money then have me pull around and wait. Doesn’t matter if there’s other customers behind me or not. A coffee and a wrap with a bagel shouldn’t take 15 minutes. Never did for years before. Now I cannot afford the risk to stop because they will make me late for work. No presence of mind for first come first serve or speedy service like they used to.
I ordered my sandwich and I was told there was NO change in the drawer and I could use my card or leave a tip. I had left my wallet in my truck and the bill was $5.17, and on top of it the sandwich was cold. I will never buy anything from this location again.
Eh not my favorite Tim hortons but not horrible! The girls behind the counter where friendly the restaurant it self is not very clean . I was meeting with a client and there where no clean tables I had to clean one myself and pray I didn’t put my contract in something stickyOther then that it’s okay I may or may not go back
Never any hash browns,Then they offer you donuts to replace the hash browns and dont give you the donuts. B.s.Ill find a new breakfast spot.
I love Tim Hortons, but this location is very inconsistent. My most recent purchase was two caramel macchiatos that tasted like coconut. They were awful. I would have taken them back, but we live 20+ minutes away. Fortunately for us there is another location that is always good and that is where we will be going from now on.
Randy the night shift guy makes great coffee , one mean mocha latte there the bomb !!!! i appreciate the friendly & expert service you provide i know when this guy take my order i wont have to return my coffee hope he is paid well a great asset to Tim's thanks for all you do .☕️☕️☕️
Got a steak and cheddar panini three different times all made differently. It's literally just steak cheddar and chipotle sauce it not that hard. The first time it had a lot of tomatoes. The second time it had Mayo and chipotle sauce and tomatoes. Then the other had diced tomatoes. I'm allergic to tomatoes as well. I don't know what is going on over there. I go there a lot and want to see it succeed, but the employees need to pay attention and care for the paying customers.
I ate there last monday for the first time. Everything was great. Went there today lady on mic for drive through cut me off, I had to tell her i wasn't done ordering. Got to window to pay, didnt get a receipt, ordered 3 hashbrowns and only got 2 and the sandwiches were cold.
Love their coffees and their Tim bits. Prices are alright. Wish they had one closer to me tho
Waited 5 mins at the intercom then some young girl says have you been waited on and laughs like spicoli from fast fines at ridgemont high. Then made me pull forward after I payed to only forget my sandwich. To top it off the quality of the food was horrendous. Lol the hiring process must be easy here hire anyone that applies without question. Whoever runs this branch you can do better have some pride.
