Worst Taco Bell that there is. They are slow and have no clue how to run a restaurant! They act like you don't matter. I had confirmation that my mobile order was ready but when I got there they said they couldn't do.the order, and I'd get a refund in maybe 24hrs. No sorry for the inconvenience or anything. It's a shame that they can't get competent workers at this Taco Bell.
Takes too long to get simple food, lobby is closed early, legitimately you will be waiting over 20 mins in this line every time with out fail, and it's not even like it's that busy.... Like 3 cars in line before you and you will be for sure waiting over 20 mins, with out fail every time you go through this line, and doordashers be warned they will put your order last!!! It takes about another 20 minutes for food when you get to the window!! It's like they wait for you to pull up to even get started on your food!
Two cars ahead of me in the drive thru. Took 20 plus minutes to get not what I ordered, after the girl asked if I ordered a burrito supreme. I replied, "yes". And waited another 5 minutes. When I started eating it, the beans were like soup, the was no sour cream or lettuce, barely any cheese or tomatoes and very saucy. For the 5.29 I paid for this, it was not worth it. Especially with the amount of time it took just to get one item.
Dirty, nasty, and freezing cold. Stood at the counter for 22 minutes before 1 of the 5 employees we watched standing around talking finally waited on us. That was only after I pounded on the counter and yelled "DOES ANYBODY WORK HERE ". After ordering it took another 20 minutes to get 2 burritos. What took so long I don't know because no other customers came in so it was just the drive thru. The manager didn't even know how to print me a receipt. NASTY
Was good to find one actually open for breakfast. Food was as expected. One knock is we ordered two of the 4 AM crunchwraps to have extra sauce, they didn't mark which were which.
I would NEVER go to this Taco Bell, the staff is extremely poorly trained and the service is awful. Mary and Ali are the most rude, inconsiderate, and heartless people I’ve ever seen let alone to be in customer service. I can not believe Taco Bell hired these people let alone allows them to keep their jobs.
One of the poorest ran Taco Bell’s I’ve ever been to I work nights and have come to this Taco Bell 4 different time around 10:30 10:20 pm and it always seems like the card machine is down and only taking cash. And when it’s not the food it made like a kid was making tacos for the first time. Save you self some time and just go to the one on the exit before or after.
Came through ordered some boxes. Chalupa buns were rock hard. Somebody said they are made to order but I’ve worked at Taco Bell and I’m very disappointed in the quality. Don’t plan on coming back to this location.
all the negative reviews about this place are pretty spot on. took me 40 minutes to get a couple items on menu. I will blame it on mismanagement and insufficient staff. but the kid who made my food and took my order was nice and was running around all over the place.
50 minutes in line waiting to pick up a prepaid order of 2 items. Dining room was closed (was around 6:45pm) so I had to go to the drive thru. Had they NOT already been paid for I definitely would have left. There are 3 other locations locally, I will NEVER visit this one again!
