Really bad. I was just there with my family and we had four missing tacos and the attendant, a young man with dark hair smirked and slammed the drive-thru window in our face when we were explaining what was going on. We had to knock on the window again and someone else came to the window, gave of THREE of the FOUR tacos and we asked to speak to the manager and I guess the guy that had slammed the door in our face was the manager!!! OMG THAT'S HOW YOU RUN THE PLACE?! The door was slammed in our face again. Don't go here. The employees are terrible rude and entitled people. Disgusting behavior. $28 and some odd cents wasted.Edited to add: I'll be calling customer service on this. No one should have the door slammed in their face when they' trying to correct an order that they paid for!
Horrible staff! Rude, repeatedly failed to enter in the correct order, and repeatedly told them it was incorrect on their screen.Upon receiving the order, it was incorrect and incomplete.Was given some "rainbow" attitude by a "manager" riddled with severe acne, asked for the general manager to speak with about correcting my order.Apparently there is no general manager at this site.$28 spent, and order was not correct, or fixed.Do not visit this store
Quit going here a while back because how bad the food is, and how long it takes. Today we figured we'd give it another shot. Never again. After an hour wait, we get the bags and drive home. Not even our order. Tried to call the number on the receipt. Got computer tones as an answer. Tried to eat what we got, ended up throwing it away because it was so nasty. Beans tasted burned, anything with a sauce was swimming in it, and salty. Never again.
Place is awful. They ignore you at the counter, employees are unfriendly and don't speak. Too much chit chatting in the kitchen is why the store has an overflow cars from the driveway spilling into the road all the time. Tables are always dirty and the employees avoid making eye contact with you out of fear of being asked to clean it for you! This taco bell is just very bad.
Best Taco Bell hands down. Always open when you need them, normally never run out of things and the customer service is good. That's why they are always busy and I hope they stay in business!Thank you folks!
Fast, guy at the drive thru was super polite. I just don't understand why I can never get the packets of hot sauce?
Warning!!: They do not close at midnight like it says on Google and the Taco Bell website!I placed my order online and arrived at 11pm to pick it up. When I pulled up to the speaker they said, "We're closed." I told them I have an online order and they told me to pull forward. I'm glad they still prepared my food! Although some things were cold. I typically have a quick, friendly, and accurate experience here though.
This taco bell is the best in the area don't see yourself short and go to the one that takes pride in it. Always a great time especially at night.
Be consistent with your hours or turn online ordering off. I hate that I order and pay only for you guys to be closed. Its really annoying.
This location is terrible with its hours. I get that they may be short staffed and such but it’s ridiculous that every time you want it they are closed. My advice is you should also get cones to put out in front of the driveway for when you close so folks don’t have to pull in and turn around while being highly disappointed they can’t get Taco Bell considering the next closest one is Dundee or the trash hole over by 75 at the gas station. Do better guys.
