Subway # 24751 4/8/21 12:12 pm ordered 1# 6”turkey sub on wheat ,,, #2 was BLT on white ,,, i had everything in writing gave her the note ,,, i got home the BLT just had Bacon one it !! Can’t your people read ? I called 10 min after leaving an told them what they did ,, was told your note said BLT. Thats just bacon !! If i wanted that i would ask for A Bacon sandwich!!! An thats why you don’t get paid $15 hour
ZERO STARS!!! Don't ask for salt on anything she'll dump the shaker on it and your sandwich won't be edible!
Owner is really nice but she gives the bare minimum of everything, my southwest steak wrap was so small and the guacamole was almost nonexistent. I’m still paying for a footling 8-9 dollars but your building it like a 6 inch.

Out of the 2 Subway shops on the south side of of Monroe, Michigan, this shop has the worst quality to it.Prices of menu items remain the same as the other shop, however you get considerably less quantity of food in comparison. If it weren't for the fact that the alternative shop nearby has been temporarily closed for the duration of the COVID-19 outbreak, this shop should have closed. They take advantage of the fact that they're the only shop open for business on this side of town, and by extension: the lower quality of sandwiches sold, in comparison to the other local Subway shop, really shows.If they were to make the quantity of the food you receive be reflective of the quantity given from the alternative location, its reputation would increase dramatically. As it stands, you get about half the content of food from the same sandwich order here than at the shop on South Telegraph/West Front street, at the exact same price. I honestly feel like I'm wasting my money ordering food here.
I understand you needed to answer the phone because you are the only one working but when you get off the phone you are supposed to wash your hands and change your gloves not put them back on after then continue to make my food. Not to mention I said light mayo and you put regular mayo on it and I asked for ranch and your bottle was empty and you were to lazy to go in the back and get more instead you just shook the bottle and tried to sqeeze what was left out. You also gave my husband the wrong soup he asked for the broccoli soup and you have him the dumpling soup. Please step it up. If you dont want to work there quit your job. Very disappointed and very unlikely that I will be back.
