I will never go back to Sonic. The food was cold not cooked. I ordered a #11 and my husband ordered a #3 the hamburger wasn't done. The Chocolate shake I got wasn't even Chocolate. It cost us $22.00 dollars. For what Garbage food. The employees very rude. Then they put a peppermint in the bag that literally was melted and old. And put one BBQ sauce packet . Sonic on Telegraph Rd in Monroe. Used to be good Not no more since the Pandemic hit.
Pulled up to the speaker just to sit for 10 minutes before someone told me that they were drive thru only. After waiting a haft hour in the slowest drive thru Ive been in. My mozzarella sticks we're cold and hard. My dress we're soggy and my burger was more grease than meat.
Last night we ordered from here, one of the items was a kids chicken meal. When they handed the order to my husband he asked if everything was in the bags and was told yes. When we got home, we discovered that they didn’t give us the chicken for our 3 year old. When I tried calling, nobody would answer even though the hours posted online said they were open still. I am EXTREMELY upset at them not giving us the food for our CHILD! Will not be eating here again. You’d better believe all my friends will know about this, too.
The young lady that waited on me through the drive thru was wonderful. Her name is Katie and she had a beautiful smile and a great attitude. Great job hiring her!!! Food was fantastic.
How are you going to advertise you open at 10am, so I send a guy to get breakfast burritos for everyone at work and he's the only vehicle in the parking lot since before 10am until well after? It even says open on the location specific site. Thanks for waisting my time and money.
Just got 2 bags of ice but waited a good 5 min, after I paid, till I got it. The last few times they have messed up my milkshakes I orders,so I only get the ice then I split
Great food weird hours but understandable considering worker shortage.
We decided to give them another try tonight after not going for a year. We both just got a blizzard. One was oreo and one was reeses peanut butter cup. The oreo blizzard had cookie mixed in and some sprinkled on top. That Reeses one was just all vanilla with a little reeses sprinkled on top. At least the person at the window was nice.
Would you believe I've NEVER been there to eat?! It was raining and pulled into lane to order instead drive through. The associate that brought out food was very nice and didn't really care it was raining!Good food for first time-r!Hafta go again soon.
Christina at the drive thru today was the most cheerful, thoughtful & professional server we've encountered in a long time - how refreshing ! Just stopped in for burgers and fries & she added some smiles & genuine kindness. I thought at first we knew her! She treated us like we were good friends. If she's the manager, give her a raise. If she's not, give her a promotion & a raise !
