We ordered kids meal was missing the chipsWe ordered a bowl of steak Diablo, the bowl is half empty exactly 5 pieces of meat and a lot of beansWe ordered nachos too that was ok other than everything was really cold ,no cutlery or napkins in the bag,called the restaurant they said you can come and get what's missing, I told her I can't now ,well she said I am sorry and hanged up..not sure what to say neither the service or the food was right plus it took 5 minutes to find my bag, no receipt on it ,I feel like I wasted my money .Hi I had tried to contact customer service with the case number 4 times and email comes back undelivered due to a problem with your service ,how do I reach customer service plz

The food is good, but the service this time was awful. I’ve been there many times when the employees were nice and welcoming, but today was very uncomfortable.I went in around 8pm to pick up an order I placed on the app. There was line and lots of people waiting.A taller woman (or person, I don’t know their pronouns) in a black Qdoba shirt with black and blue dyed hair asked a different customer what their app order name was. When they replied with the name, she said “I made that a while ago, you should have told me so you could have gotten it sooner.” (or something similar) In a snappy way.I noticed this same person treat another employee poorly. She asked what something was, and when the other employee didn’t know, she said “How do you not know?” loud enough for me to hear it and even feel bad for HER coworkers.I noticed this person act rudely to the two other workers there and I was only in the store for less than 10 minutes.I understand working when it’s busy is very stressful, but I don’t think it’s fair at all to treat anyone with such a bad attitude. I left uncomfortable and feeling bad for people in that work environment.

Went to pick up an online order that was to be ready at 12:22. I arrived on time. 1 door dash person and a long line due to lunch hour. I was told it would be a couple minutes. In the meantime another door dash person arrived as well as another mobile app person (who got their order ahead of me). After waiting 15 minutes I finally spoke to the manager who was working the food line. My food was made real quick and I left. I got home and had NO tortilla chips with my nachos. What I had was a bowl of slop. I don't get it. It. Was. Nachos.Also, watched them drop a cup on the floor and pick it up and put cheese in it and serve it. Unacceptable.

Stopped in and after 15 minutes of waiting and watching 3 people leave we couldn't wait any longer. Not sure who's managing this location now but it's taken a steep decline recently. Not a we'll be right with you, one moment, just ignored while the 2 guys did online orders.4/3 Tried them again, placed an online order and they're out of chips and were rude when I asked for a refund. Did you think I was paying for something I didn't get. The older manager lady is not helping your business.

The food and service were both just okay. The soda machine was missing a lot of options. We stood waiting for our order to be taken for a few minutes even though no one was there.

$10 for a barely filled bowl. I didn’t even touch it. Beans were cold and flavorless and barely any chicken. I feel so robbed. Called and explained the problem and they were no help

Great food, great staff, and at a good price. Always comes to mind when I want to eat out.

Wish I could give a worst rating especially for the manager her Snapchat name is Lynn and she weird and doesn’t know how to run a business and gets mad when they mess up the food and have to remake it. Weirdo energy fr

I dont eat here but my husband says the food is pretty good.

Great food but their soda machine is constantly empty or running out on me in the middle of filling my drink.
