The lady that was preparing the food, have a horrible attitude. It was 6:20pm, I let her know I wanted a 12pc spicy dark to prepare her. The whole time with her back to me says with attitude, "It's gonna be a minute!" Then turned around and said, I probably won't get my biscuits. Popeyes close at 9pm! If it wasn't for my son, I would of left. She gave me my food, gave me fries instead of mac and cheese. I let her know, then she told me, we don't have mac and cheese so I gave you fries. What the.... I won't be back. Unbelievable!
This place fell off! Two years ago, there was this one girl there who was running it like a boss. I didn't see her there yesterday, but the entire crew looked ill-prepared to serve anyone. Place was dirty and the work areas were unkempt. They ran out of chicken so about 10 people waited 15 minor longer for their orders. Hopefully I just caught them at a bad time, or maybe this is the effect of post-shutdown. The bright side? Chicken was as good as its ever been. That's the only reason I give it 3 stars because honestly, I don't eat at the tables and not really concerned about how well the cashier took my order, just there for the food.
Stopped in for a bite to eat, ended up feeling like I was on a hidden camera show, filthy store, long wait, no gloves while preparing food, and what I assume was the manager was anything but customer service friendly, extremely rude with a permanent look on his face as if he smelt something bad, unprofessional. Overpriced for the quality, my food was dry like it had been sitting for too long, was going to give fazolis a try but they were backed up, and it smelt rotten by the entrance, overall a disappointing experience
This is the worst Popeyes you will find. They never are stocked with anything. Every time I go they don’t have buns, fries, coleslaw, and sometimes chicken! At a Popeyes they don’t have chicken. Don’t even waste your time. Corporate should close this one because it’s an embarrassment to the company. The staff is teenagers who don’t care either.
The only thing they had were chicken and biscuits. I understand that times are rough, but then I was charged just over 20 dollars for 2 2 piece meal box with a biscuit and a small pop. That's so expensive for very little food.
The workers Here are incompetent I gave simple directions and they could not follow. Gave me the wrong order almost twice. Then on top of that the employees do not wear gloves and they touch on their hair and face without washing their hands.I wasn't the only person how had to get there order corrected I will not be returning.
I gotta give these workers a lot of credit. They were swamped when we went in.Yes, we had to wait awhile. But the food was worth it!Thanks for a great, quick dinner.
The lady that was working the register has a lot on her plate and customers are very rude to her as she is doing her job running both Popeyes and Tim Hortons. One lady with raggedy blond hair, on the big side, blue sweater, needs to find a shower (customer) went online and wrote a review about the lady that is working her butt off which I am guessing was a negative review because she didn’t have her order ready at the register after standing there for over 20 mins looking at the screen while tons of ppl including myself was waiting to order. I mainly want to let the lady know that was working her butt off I understand your pain and pray that god shows you how wonderful of a hard working woman you are.JUL‘ lady with glasses don‘t let anyone tell you different !! I think Popeyes has great chicken. This location was fast, fresh and friendly. I pass this spot occasionally, I will stop again. I have been to other Popeyes and this one is one of the best run.
Normally I have never had a single issue here it’s been one of the best but today they had no bone in chicken or popcorn shrimp. God forbid I asked about anything else they would be out of that too. This location seems to be going down hill
