Awesome place to get your pizza! My lady and I had the fully loaded pizza and it was mm-mm GOOD! ? Adam is great! He is always friendly, efficient, and quick. The fact that he is, at times, a one man show taking orders, making the pizzas, and taking care of customers, etc, and still have a smile on his face says alot. And for Doordashers complaining about not getting their orders when they do not have their bags, well, the app itself lets you know that they will not give you the pizza if you do not have your bag. ??♂️ Just saying.
If I could give this zero stars I would. I didn’t catch the name of the man working but he was extremely rude and very unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Just as someone else mentioned before he refuses to give door dashers their orders to deliver to customers if they don’t have a red door dash bag. Two things, if you’re new you don’t receive your bag for a few weeks and a pizza box will not even fit in this bag! I tried explaining this to him and he rudely dismissed me and turned his back to me and would not help me. This place should not be able to work with door dash if they are going to treat the drivers this way!
We had the loaded Veggie and the loaded baked potato pizza! With some wings. The wings were cooked to perfection where the skin has a nice crispy bite! The loaded baked potato was a first for us and we were not let down! Exceeded our expectations! Next time I’ll definitely add extra bacon! The loaded veggie was exactly that and then some! Topped with a ton of feta cheese! So thankful for giving this place a try!! Thanks for some delicious pizza to add to our list of favorites!!
Very rude owner/manager. He would not give me my doordash without my bag (pizza normally does not fit in the bag) he could have been nice but choose to be rude. Perhaps his attitude would have been unnoticed but he was very polite to the person in front of me. When he realized I was doordash he actually took his sweet time seeing her on her way so I could get my food. Making my dash take longer because he was being petty.FYI when you first start doordash it takes you about a week before you get your bag. I feel bad for anybody new doing doordash that goes to this place and has to deal with him. I am fairly new to the area and will not be ordering here even though I am a ninja turtle and love my pizza and I especially like to support local places but not with that attitude. Have a better day and do better. r
Probably the best pizza place in monroe in my opinion! I haven't had anything from the menu that was bad yet. The cheesy bread is a must anytime pizza is ordered. Really fast service also.
I'm recently new too Door Dashing and every time I been inside this place it has been extremely clean and well maintained. Everyone there has been extremely cool and very helpful. I have ate here a few times and never had a problem once. Definitely one of my favorites
Tonight was the first time we've ordered. We got the #2 combo (Loaded Veggie and one with half pepperoni/half sausage) and it was delicious! Generous toppings and cooked perfectly! Even my picky child loved it! The staff was super friendly also. This will definetly we our go to from now on ?
I ordered a Chicago style pizza from here and was very disappointed! The bacon and double cheese was highly unnoticeable and skimpy. A Chicago style pizza is supposed to be thick like 3-4" deep, this was more like 1" deep. For a pizza I paid $25 for I was expecting to get full off one piece but had to eat 3. Won't order from here again.
Extremely rude owner. I think he needs to consider being an owner of a place that deals with customers. There is a much better way to handle your stress. Pizza was good but the owner needs an attitude adjustment.And now ladies and gentlemen let's hear his excuse of why it's somebody else's fault and not his....
Ordered for the first time today. The pizza was hot and tasted really good. I applaud the owner for focusing on the food and not compromising on the quality and delivery. I have recieved cold food from doordash a few times, not today though.
