What has happened to the Pizza Hut in Monroe???? ? You can’t just call and order. They put you through to a call center with someone who is almost impossible to understand. The person on the phone did not understand what we were ordering. They kept telling me they don’t have that kind of pizza… They do. The call-center person tried to tell me they were actually in the Monroe store. When I asked them what was across the street they could not answer.  So we went into the store to order in person. There were angry customers whose orders had been messed up in front of us. After waiting forever, finally ordered our food. Gave us our food and dropped one of our pizzas so they had to remake it again. Finally, an hour m later, got the food home and it’s still wrong! Wrong sauce. Can’t eat it. Called them and had 3 different people from the call center put us on hold several times for more than 10 minutes each time.  When we finally got through, the manager had a MAJOR attitude about helping us. Yep. I’m blasting ya Monroe Pizza Hut -DO BETTER!!!
This was our first time trying this location, our food was all correct and properly made in a timely fashion. The only negative I would say is the prices seem a bit higher at this location than others that we use but there could be a reason for that so we overlooked it. Pizza was great, my husband and daugter liked the wings and the cookie was fresh.
Worst service! Ordered online, paid and even gave a tip for delivery. 35 mins later no pizza. I call and they say it is being made. 30-ish minute later...still no pizza. We call and they ask if it's delivery or pick up. The order is clearly delivery and has been sitting there foe about 30 mins. Mind you that when I called earlier they didn't ask if we were picking up or expecting delivery (which should have been delivery based on our order). I asked for refund since we were not eating old, reheated pizza...nope they don't do refunds. Never again will I order from here, or Amy other Pizza Hut. Poor customer service service, is that what they are training their employees?
Everybody seems a little tired. Ordered a few items to my pizza some of the items only covered 3/4 of the pie lol I think everybody's a little off their game. Not sure what to make of the whole thing. Pizza was not cooked well. I have eaten Pizza Hut money at times and thanks just went right took the pizza home and cook it for another 10 minutes yay
MONROE HAS OTHER PIZZA OPTIONS THAT ARE MUCH BETTER THAN THIS.I wish I would have looked at the reviews before ordering. I figured "all pizza hut's must be the same." No. Everything had a stale taste to it. My kids don't even like it. The bread was weird, pizza was weird, wings were OK unfortunately we only ordered 8 because they were the best tasting thing we had. I'm not a Karen, so I'm not going to call and complain or try to get a refund... But just know that I'll never order from there again. I live 5 minutes away and it took an hour to get here, none of it tasted even close to fresh. I could have gotten way better food from just about anywhere else. Waste of 50 bucks.Edit: I wanted to add that I used to work at a pizza hut (not here in Monroe) so I know what the quality SHOULD be.
I used to go when they had a pizza bar n salad n dessert. I would go for lunch..wish they still did !..Now I just get the personal one..Melts in the mouth..great svc too
My order was placed 3 hours ahead of time and schedule for delivery. I called when it did not arrive and turns out they never made it. They offered to make it and send it out in another hour and a half. I canceled my order and ate somewhere else.
3 hours to get a delivery?? Attempted to call the store to cancel and there was no answer. The store closes in an hour so who knows what's going to happen with my order but ill never make the mistake of ordering from this location again. Just shut down if you don't have the staff to work to a minimum standard.
Placed an order for delivery and it never showed and no one ever answered the phone except to laugh and be rude. Worst pizza place ever and if I could give less stars I would.
I would recommend your driver's RING A DOOR BELL OR KNOCK ON THE DOOR when they deliver the pizza. mine was delivered at my door in the cold, no knock or ring. here I'm waiting and had no clue it was delivered. seems like common sense when delivering. make sure the house knows they delivered their pizza.
