Me and my Husband tried this restaurant for the 1st time right before we went to the movie theaders. And the food was okay I guess, much expensive. But it was about the service. 1 of the waitress was very disrespectful to me she dumped a whole cup of pop on my brand new dress and my 700 doller cell phone and wouldn't even ask if I needed anything or offered to make a discount on the bill. An after she did all the to me she started flirting with my husband right in front of me. Me or my husband will probably never return there again. She could have gave us a discount on bill or took the pop off the bill for an apology instead of spilling a whole Pepsi on my new dress and cell phone. An didn't bother to ask if I needed anything or anything. Very bad experience. Especially when she did that to me felt like on purpose to embrace me an ruin my clothes and then flirt with my man in front of me was very disrespectful. An unbelievable. My phone was soaked in pop and so was my clothes on right before we went to our main event.
The food is always top notch no matter what I have ordered here. One of our to go to spots for sure. And they sell, and fill growlers. Always a great place to stop in.
Amazing food but we waited for them to bring out our carry-out and they never did,had to go in and get it after waiting 40 min.
Love the food and the drinks. The fryer and the cook know how to make some good meals. Bartenders are the sweetest ❤️❤️
Went on a Friday for the fish dinner. More food than I was able to finish. Staff was very friendly and we had amazing service. Highly recommended.
First time here and worth the drive. Drove up from Toledo and we was pretty impressed. My hubby got the club and let me tell you- it DID NOT DISAPPOINT! I got the turkey burger and it was absolutely delicious! Will be back for sure!
I've ordered from this place probably 30-50 times since I've been in monroe. The food is decent if you actually receive what you order through doordash, uber eats, etc. Their is no special recommendations when ordering the food, so If you try to order a plain cheeseburger there is a 50/50 chance you are getting that or a burger with everything on it. You can't order drinks from their delivery website as well. I will say there is nothing more annoying than having half of the people waiting for dinner to enjoy their food and the others sitting there knowing they can't eat their food do to their dietary choices/being allergic and there simply being no option around that.To the two people I talked to on the phone, they can be the reason this rating went from 0 to 1 stars total. Every other part has been absolutely night ruining.Also I was told I was going to get an immediate call back about the situation and it's been an hour or two as we stand with no call back. People are now leaving because food can't get appropriately delivered and the entire plans for tonight are destroyed.
Best fish fry I've had in years! Our waitress was nice. Went back again the next week.
I stopped in for a quick bite and WoW was I pleasantly surprised. This place is on point for the food the ambience the staff and above all else the cleanliness. This place sparkles from the back to the front. I had a cheeseburger onion rings and tea. Had I not been working I would have sampled an adult beverage or two. I have not one complaint. This place takes pride in it's quality of service and presentation and it shows. Well Done !
Been driving by here for the past 4 months. The waitress was very nice, the food was good. Didn't get anxiety like I normally do when trying something new or some where new.
