I had not been here since before the pandemic. I always liked it, however, recently I visited and the food was not as good as it once was. Worse than that, wait staff or kitchen staff went into the restroom and smoked a cigarette. We had to leave because the smoke was so bad. Do they not realize that it is illegal to smoke in public places in Michigan? Besides that it was a beautiful evening and they could have stepped outside at least. We said something to our waitress and she laughed out off and asked if it was a vape. Um, I know the difference. Will never visit again.
Very pleased with Monroe Grill and its staff for making our monthly visit an enjoyable one.Our party of 11 was well takin care of by our Server, Alyssa. She was exceptionally pleasant and very attentive to our needs.Everyone ordered from the breakfast items with no complaints from the group.Again, thanks to the kitchen and our server for another enjoyable outing.Only one issue to bring up. I think $3 for a cup of coffee is way too much. I would like to see that price reduced in the future.
We wanted to go to dinner and I decided to go here well I'll have to say the staff is so amazing best place that we have been to our waitress we had was one of the best waitress we have had in a long time The food here is absolutely amazing. We had 6 people with us and we all had something different definitely would recommend this place we definitely will be going again soon
We went with a group of eight and Everyone loved the place. From the great drinks to the pickle soup and the great variety of meals. We loved it so much, we returned for breakfast the next morning with the same result.

My waiter was so good to me. He was very personable and professional. I had never heard of a Rueben Burger, so I ordered one-rare. Before I knew it my burger and fries were right in front of me. The burger was awesome and the fries were the best I have ever had. I will definitely be back.
A group of us meet for breakfast this morning. Service was top notch. My breakfast special was huge. Three eggs, bacon, hashbrowns and rye toast was perfect. Lots of coffee. I will be back again.
Ate here 3 times in the past two weeks. Each time ordering something different. The food is amazing and well worth the price.The environment seems very chill and hasn't been too busy. Definitely my go to spot for a drink and some food while I'm here.
