Not impressed. We was hungry and needed something fast. So we stopped here. Ordering went quickly. Then they asked us to pull over while we waited for our food. That's when I noticed at least 10 other vehicles waiting for food. We probably waited 15 minutes. Fries were hot but not salted. And the chicken sandwich was AWFUL ?. It was rubbery in texture, to small for the bun and burnt looking. As hungry as I was, I couldn't finish the sandwich ?.

I went through this morning after picking up some groceries(ice cream)what should have been an easy 10 minutes netted 35 minutes..the girl at the drive thru was pretty cool..but then I was finally told to pull up and wait that they were short staffed and I would have to wait..she was uncertain how long... I understand there's an issue all over with people needing help but this was nerve-racking to say the least... I think I'm good for a while without going to McDonald's in Monroe

If I could rate zero, I would. Horrible service. The kiosk will allow you to order something they are not capable of making, then they did not offer refund. But that's after I was standing at the counter being ignored for 5 minutes. I will no longer visit this place. Tim Hortons is directly across the street and they seem to get it right, every time. I have given this place many chances, now we are done. Simply amazing how they just don't care and show it well.

Around 115pm, paid order, girl asks me to pull up to a waiting spot, 10mins passed i finally honked horn, lady comes asking what my order is, comes back about 5mins, apologized and said my order got cleared off so they didn't know, gave me a card for free sandwich next time. I did not say anything as I'm sure she could tell I was upset, my first and last time at this location

Had a problem with one of my previous visits but Tammy turned the negative into a positive

This has to be the worst McDonald's hands down! Employees lack basic people skills. Want $15 an hour for what, to completely mess up every order? To be rude as he**? Husband ordered a mocha with his breakfast and after waiting forever for the food the mocha wasn't there(we ate there btw) husband asked for his mocha and they said the machine wasn't working, but he was charged for one and they wouldnt refund him. MAKE THIS MAKE SENSE!

Fish seemed pre cooked. Sogy not very good. French fry were very dry. Not happy. At all.

The kiosk is ridiculous. Employee's walked in with Burger King, took it in the kitchen and ate their food back there. She then walked around in the dining room and back into the kitchen drinking her soft drink from Burger King.

Completely incompetent employees that can never get an order correct. It’s laughable that these are the people asking for a raise. On top of not being able to do their job correctly they are rude when you ask for them to give you the proper food you were supposed to receive.

Good place, lines can be intimidating but the wait is never TOO long. Just wish the karens would go elsewhere with their constant yelling at employees
