I ordered two separate orders and only got one. When I told them I was missing an order they told me to come inside and prove it after trying to show them my orders on the phone so I parked the car went to the door they didn’t open the door so I went back through the line showed them the receipt she told me it was the wrong receipt so I parked the car search my email and after finding both receipts the same to you I showed her already I went back to the line and showed her that I had two orders placed she told me that she did not have two orders that there was only one order but that she would give me my food anyway didn’t offer anything for that hour and 20 minutes I spent trying to get my order.
I keep thinking eh it's been (l however many months this time) McDonald's sounds great.... Than I regret my decision when I get home. Cold fries, cold burger, missed yet another thing was missing and at this point I'm kinda just over it, not even worth it in gas to go back bcuz people don't care about their jobs enough to pay attention, what was the point of those raises if ya still can't get it right
Ordering through the app with curbside pickup is much quicker than waiting in the drive thru. But my order was incorrect.
Would leave zero stars if I could. Worst mcdonalds I have ever been to. Dirty tables and 2 out of 3 trash cans in dinning room was overflowing with trash. Prices were higher than other McDonald's. Lots of workers standing around not doing a whole lot. No trays to carry food to the table. Overall just a terrible establishment.
We don't typically visit McDonalds but will stop for an occasional sundae or a dessert - a quick pick me up. Tonight we stopped for a hot fudge sundae and some pies. Employees were friendly and working hard, even while seeming a bit stressed. We appreciated their care and friendliness. The sundae however was less than ideal. The ice cream was not the usual creamy soft serve texture we have come to expect. It was hard, icy, and never even began to melt by the time we got home. The sundae was hollow in the middle. There was less than we usually get in the cup. There was an attempt to put some fudge on one side, though it was as cold as the ice cream and especially hard. I suppose I should be happy the ice cream machine worked at all, but it was a disappointing product that I probably would have been happier without.
Got my order and my chicken deluxe sandwich had all the topping off the sandwich in the box there was no tomato the MCchicken was so hard could hardly bite it i understand there was a few people and they were a little busy but not to make food like that
Great staff. I'd rather have a person take my order when I go inside but I get the whole social distancing.
I don't stop here often maybe once every couple weeks in the morning to catch breakfast but every time I do I always have the nicest ladies serve me. I have never had a problem with my order. When talking to them I feel their genuine friendliness. I just moved here and let me see I've had my share of bad experiences and drive through restaurants LOL I had to get on here and give a good review when it is deserved!
Getting faster and more efficient than before.
Omg. You guys need to fire one of your workers. Couldnt get his name but i was just there around 6 today. Very young chunky boy had a bag which i thought was mine and stuck his hand in the bag and ate some fries. I was like. Better not be my food. Thank god it was the person behind me.The boy was lucky. Will not be back here what so ever others there saw it. Dont go here
