My first time ordering here. Their customer service is great. The Works pizza with butter parmesian crust was delicious. The crust was soft, it was perfect. They are very generous with the toppings.

I have always loved Marco's, just moved to Monroe a few months ago and was so happy there was a Marco's nearby. Unfortunately the service is awful at this location. Most of the time the person answering the phone sounds angry or annoyed and the last time I order ordered it not only took almost 2 hours but wasn't even cut!!

Pizza was tasty, but the amount of pepperoni on the magnifico pizza was very disappointing! Didn't look anything like the ads. The employees also lacked friendliness ?

Marcos employee spit in my food right in front of me. Then while handing it to me, opens the box and throws it at me. Then she proceeded to do the sha sha slide away from view. I called out to her and asked to speak to the manager and her name. All she yells back is “we’re closed.” This was 12pm they close at 12am.

Their pizza is really good and the delivery driver was very nice and exactly on time.

Figured I would try it for the first time. Pizza was decent but it could have had more toppings. Flavored crust was good but the overall taste of the pizza was average. Cheese bread tasted more like breadsticks. Delivery was a bit late and the pizza wasn't very hot. Overall it wasn't bad, but I probably won't order here again.

Ordered the pizza at 3pm and it was delivered almost 2 hours late and the pizza was cold. Sadly it’s not the first time this has happened. This is probably the fourth or fifth time. Owners are somehow disconnected from the undermanned store Or just not worried about customer satisfaction. Employees seem to be more concerned about customer service. It’s sad when you spend over $1500 a year at a pizza restaurant and you get such poor treatment. I think they forget that there are a lot of pizza places open today.

It may have been an off day for this pizza maker. My pizza had no love in it and you could taste it. I paid a lot of money for this disappointment.

Ordered delivery and pizza was not only late the pizza was too cold to eat.I will never order from Marco's again. A complete waste of money.Please do not suggest that I leave a survey with tellmarco's.com. I wasted too much time trying to engage the survey.I was kicked off every time I tried.
