The Ruben is fantastic, probably one of the best I’ve had in the past several years. Perfectly crisped bread, meat is delicious, staff is super friendly and courteous. Staff always has a smile on their faces. The hot pepper sauce is so tasty and pairs well with the sandwiches. Coming here if you are nearby is a no-brainer.
Food was good, but having the chairs on top of the table 2 hours before closing did not feel welcoming.
I don't think these clowns understand how online order process works. I placed order through Google which uses Gmail account. After I realized I ordered at the wrong place (was trying to order for one in Toledo), I tried to cancel. But it was impossible. I followed the instructions given in the gmail. I called the number it was shown, and it calls this place directly. The guy on the phone was telling me that the only way to cancel was call doordash. Uhh excuse me, I don't even have a doordash account!!! So how the F was I supposed to contact doordash? In fact, the link given to me (instructions) in the gmail showed doordash logo at the top. That actually suggest Doordash expects this restaurant to modify or cancel orders. I wasted $20 for nothing. After calling this place 3 times (because the instructions said so!!), the guy actually had the nerve to act little negative with me and saying only way for it to be cancelled is call doordash. Yeah right *rolls eyes*. Google doordash number, you won't find it.EDIT: To clear any confusion. Google used doordash way to place the order using my gmail account. Other restaurants had no problem cancelling or modifying my orders while I did it the Google way of placing orders. Also, Im a tech geek so I think i know exactly how all this works. Hell, they could have just contacted doordash for me instead of making me go through all this trouble. Especially the guy on the phone supposedly gave me Doordash number (but this didn't work.) So, im not sure what the excuse is. Therefore, this is why I think they STOLE my $20. Either A-holes or clowns.It's worth mentioning that in the email for any problem with the order, I submitted a form explaining the situation to them (without being negative of course) and guess what? No response for almost 2 weeks and the next time I tried to submit a complaint or a problem with order, it wouldn't even let me! I only tried 2nd time to see if it would, it was a test. So I learned that they just shut me out!!! Nice way to treat customers.
The food here is amazing. Definitely try the corned beef egg rolls. They are to die for. Ample portions. Great service.
Best cheesesteak I ever had and there not affraid to put some meat on your sandwich I hate when you spend $10 or $12 bucks on a cheesesteak and you get all bread and a sprinkle of meat. And there steak is the best around melts in your mouth order with extra cheese it's killer and last night I had the pleasure of talking to the owner and now I understand why the sandwiches are so good he was down to earth very nice and professional and I could tell he takes pride in his cheesesteaks and his restaurant. People do yourself a favor if you want the best cheesesteak in monroe made by an owner thats local and takes pride in what he does then take you and the family to Lefty's cheesesteak you will not be disappointed I commute 40 minutes from toledo ohio to eat at this gem A+ FOOD ,OWNERSHIP, SERVICE
The man that took our order was the rudest man I have ever met in my life. He shouldn't be in customer service at all. He needs to go and put someone nice at that desk.

When I tell you I’m EXTREMELY picky when it comes to food but I DEMOLISHED that cheese steak. I normally eat half and save the rest.. NOPE! Ate it all in one sitting. Very flavorful. Matter of fact I’m going to try something today as well
Chill staff clean place and amazing food. Me and a buddy tried it out for the first time and loved it. They def. don’t skimp out on the portions can’t wait to be back ! Even got free extra cheese and coupons for next time
Very soft meat soo damn yummy. It's amazingly awesome. I love it soo much. Well their kind of slow making the food but it is soo good!
