The food was kinda pricey for the portions provided. Tasty, but my container of salsa was completely buried inside of my beans, which really threw me off. Don’t know if I would go here again
Been wanting to try this place for a loooong time and i feel so dumb for not coming sooner, the crunch, the freshness of the food. This is real home cookin folks, and about the prices we gotta keep in mind places like this with good food ARE NOT FAST FOOD CHAINS.The prices at taco bell are because they can buy so much bulk. This is a small business that delivers better food at not much of a price difference
Food is tasty. Wish the portions were just a little bigger but would definetly eat here again.
Was at Spencer's and seen this new place and gave it a try. The tacos are to die for. Recommend to everyone
Im so excited i found a place that makes tamales like this.No where in monroe makes this good.Im originally from detroit area. So for me the taste has to be perfect. And thats what i got was nice fresh food with a great service from staff. Thank you so much it bring me joy.
I had a beef corn Taco and a chicken soft taco I liked the beef corn Taco better. good salsa taco meat a little to salty nice employee

Great restaurant :) The tamales were very good and so were the tacos. This was a much needed restaurant in this area. The food was great and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I will be back soon :)
Got 2 beef tacos, they were good. The beef didn’t have a lot of flavor. We also got chips and queso. The chips are really good but the queso is just a canned cheese sauce.Service was good until I complimented the woman & she snapped at me. Yikes…If I was in the mall, I’d probably get some tacos again but I wouldn’t make a special trip for it.
If I could give zero stars I would. The dinners come with only entree of choice,refried beans and rice. Which are all very small portions for $12.50. No toppings are included. They do give you a tiny side of salsa but no lettuce,tom,onion etc. No drink is included. I asked for an ice water. I didnt realize until I got my reciept that I was charged for a bottle of water. Which is $2. She did give me a refund when I went back up and questioned it. She offered me a bottle of water before she gave me a refund. Why wasn't I given a bottle of water when I was charged for one. The food isn't terrible. Just very bland and very over priced. For $5 my son got chicken strips. It only comes with 2 and no side. Will not be back.
