I am a very forgiving foodie, however when my family decided to explore this establishment I questioned our choice. The ambiance is that of a 70s/80s Italian restaurant it was kind of quaint. This is where the good part ends... The service and food were very lack luster. The waitress insulted my guest for asking if they had a meat sauce. As if that's unreasonable to ask in an Italian restaurant. The food itself was unevenly heated and very blan. Much of the food tasted like it was reheated in a microwave. I would not recommend dinning here.

Joe's is still one of the best restaurants in Monroe. Nothing disappoints! We started with the arancini and French onion soup and both were fantastic. Soup wasn't too salty, and rice balls were not greasy. The chicken marsala was juicy and perfectly sauced. Mushrooms were slightly carmelized for a little sweetness. The risotto was velvety and not at all sticky or goopy. Very flavorful too. Finished with a cannoli that was creamy and not too sweet. Also had a limoncello martini and vodka martini with blue cheese stuffed Olives. Great service, lovely atmosphere, and happy customers.

I really wanted to like this place but it was over priced for what it was. They pasta was over cooked and the red sauce wasn't anything special either. We walked away really disappointed by the food.
Cool mid century supper club vibes & cuisine. Prime Rib, fillet mignon, wedge salad, French onion soup, etc. You won't be disappointed by these classics.
Amazing time! First time here and loved it. BIG thank you to Crystal for making sure everything went according to plan with me taking out the woman I love. Atmosphere was great. Staff and service was the best anywhere I have been. Food was delicious. Portions were massive. The garlic butter bread was so good we got two appetizers of it!
Service, food drinks and atmosphere are amazing. Love the old time feel with the amazing taste of home cooked Italian food.
