Worst Jimmy John's experience we have had to date. Ordered online and due to the wrong picture online, the wife ordered a sandwich that was incorrect. Contacted the store and the manager on duty told us that we would have to return the sandwich. Not a big problem, however the wife called back to see if they could make something else. Manager got irate and started yelling at my wife and refusing to help at all. Have not had a problem with the other Monroe location.
The man who answered the phone this evening at 5:54pm on 4/30/22 has amazing customer service. I made an innocent mistake and how quick he was to take care of our order will be the reason I choose JJ over any other restaurant in Monroe. Thanks to the driver for being amazing as well and trying to contact me to resolve sooner. Keep up the great work. JJ is lucky to have you both on their team!
Besides the staff that usually forget something that you ask for the food is usually good I love the spicy Italian unwich

The food was made fresh, and quickly. The staff were very friendly and apologized at least twice "for my wait" even though I didn't find the wait to be lengthy at all. Overall, one of the better drive through experiences in town.
Love this place.subs are freshly made.my favorite is the gargantua sub.best and biggest sub there stocked with meat.

I just moved close to this location and have come several times. Worst customer service I have ever received. Everytime I get one young girl at the window she is extremely rude!!! FOR NO REASON . I have a very simple order no kind of special requests on it that could of possibly inconvenience this girl. This girl literally rolled her eyes at me when I said thank you when she handed me my change back. I dont know how this girl is still employed with her attitude. I am a manager and if one of my employees ever acted like this she would be collecting unemployment! When I got my bag of food the guy that handed it to me was very friendly though. The telegraph location staff is wonderful so I will go the extra distance to be treated well!

So RUDE!! I've never had anyone ever be so rude!! I get food here at least once a week and everyone is always so nice until tonight.....The female that took my order sounded like she would rather be anywhere else...Then when I pulled up to the window she rolled her eyes at me!! Didn't say one word!! I was the only one that said please and thank you!! If people like that are the new work force for Jimmy John's count me out of ever going there again!!
