My order was 20+ minutes late on a pick-up order, and the place wasn't busy at all. The food is always very good, but on this occasion it made the whole crew have to miss their lunch.
Since moving to Monroe, we have gotten pizza delivered 3x's from here in the last month.Never a bad experience. Never a bad pizza.Awesome service!...Fantastic pizza!
Food was great, and the price was fair, but service was lacking. They didn't have enough staff to handle the Feb 14 holiday rush. Everyone wanted a heart-shaped pizza.It's hard to tell if management didn't staff properly or if they can't find workers.
Had ordered 2 pizzas yesterday 1 large extra cheese sausage square 8 corner, and a large 3 Topping NewYork Style Pepperoni, Onion, and Bacon. It was dry hardly no sauce. No extra cheese, I also asked for butter and parm on crust and all over it was none at all. Was so upset ? last night
Placed a order online for 2 hours later. I get there. They tell me 10 more minutes which means they haven't made it yet. To add insult to injury a nice lady walk in ordered her food as I was waiting and guess what she got her food before mine. I sat there for 40 minutes waiting. As soon as the lady got her food I asked where is my pizza. And yup sitting in the hot box. Definitely going to have to go to another location that prides them selves on service. Jets is expensive to have and to have bad service. Uncalled for. Jets Management better start checking there locations. Or start losing customers. Take a page out of the Little Ceasars play book and book time frames to get your order.
Wow is all I have to say. I haven't had Jets in a very long time. It was soooooo good! Most definitely going to be going here vs anywhere else from now on.
Had quite a few Jets all over the states but this is by far one of my favorites. You really can't go wrong here, their pizza is awesome but the couple I had here were even better! Was perfection. They got some new owners who were extremely friendly and courteous. Highly recommended you give them a call next time you need your pizza fix!
Last week my husband entered meadowlLodge as a temporary resident and he was craving one of his favorite jet pizzas that he usually purchases from his home in Oxford Michigan he ordered it from the store near the meadow Lodge nursing home and they were so kind and generous they delivered the pizza no charge and also besides the pizza he ordered gave him a order of cheesy bread and a wonderful salad which he ended up sharing with some of the residents and they were so excited having something a little different as a snack
Spned almost 40 dollars on 2 small puzzas gets to us cold. Might as well ordered cheese puzza fir the amount was on it. 2 pieces had something on them reast of pizza nothing. WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN
