There were only three people seated in the dining area and had at least twenty tables available. We as a family of four were told there would be a 15 minute wait to be seated we said that's fine and after they seated us we came to find out that there were only two employees working and it had been like this for the last couple of months! This is not due to employees this is due to poor management! If there is a district manager that has anything to do with the Monroe Michigan IHOP then there needs to be some changes to this locations management ASAP this is not how a business is ran this is how a business fails! Very disappointed with this location if I could have left negative stars it would have been a negative 3
Went here for breakfast this morning. The place was understaffed I assume, due to most the tables still needing to be cleaned off. The waitress was quick to take our drink and food orders which was the best thing I can say. My glass of water appeared dirty, like it wasn’t cleaned. Same with my silverware, which I had to request a second set. The food was okay. Very sub par experience. Staff was friendly. I was say the state of this Ihop location can be summed up by the photo of their logo falling apart in their lobby I have attached.
So this is thengood IHOP. Most the time I get coffee from IHOP it's not that great....BUT THIS TIME! The coffee was great. It's been my only qualm with IHOP and now it's fixed. I love IHOP ❤️
Was ok. Thought it was a little over priced. Can get the same at a hole in the wall family joint for about half the price. The thing I did like was they brought a pot of coffee instead of just a cup so you didnt have to keep waiting on the waitress.
Felt so bad for one kid waiting on table. New to boot. He was very nervous and tried do hard. No complaints with him. Breakfast however... Crepes came without filling. Eggs still raw. Toast burnt. Coffee terrible. Second one star I have given in 3 years ?. 6 meals and not one was edible. $72. For 6 people for breakfast. Unreal!
Easy access off the highway. Fast super sweet waitress. And not busy at all even though we stopped on a Saturday morning.
This is the best IHOP I've been to, in Michigan. There was adequate staff, people were seated and ordering in a reasonable amount of time. The staff was quick and courteous!

These are supposed to be crepes. This location has got so bad over the last couple years. I have giving it many chances and just gets worse. I will never eat at this location again and will be contacting corporate about this matter. I HIGHLY recommend staying away from this place.
So first off we (my daughter my husband and i)sat at a table that was not wiped had sticky stuff all over the table the cups were dirty chicken tenders were overcooked the pepper jack cheeseburger was very bland it's supposed to come with jalapenos they put literally one jalapeno on my burger! We had lots of food to take home and the waitress brought us tiny to go boxes we asked for more ranch I guess they didn't have any left..... Very disappointed!!
