Went with friends to get ice cream and found the door was locked. We were there well before closing and the two women there were hiding in the back of the store. One waved that they would be right there to let us in. Someone came around in a car and said they would let us in.I assume he was the manager leaving for the night. There was a huge sign on the front of the store saying closing time was 10 pm. We were there at 9 pm. I will never go back to this store!!!

Seriously the nicest people work there and they make my drink perfectly. I hadta go to the one in flat Rock and ordered my usual drink and it was awful! I'll never go to any other DD!!!!
Nothing in stock today except 3 donuts. Should change the name to non-dunking doughnuts.
Quality is acceptable. But don't go here if you're in a hurry. Waited 15 minutes and I was the first person there, and after waiting 15 minutes for my food I had to spread my own cream cheese onto my bagel. Would not recommend. I'd rather drive 15 minutes to a different Dunkin for better service.
People here are always nice. Never get bad service or anything.
Tried to enter the store but dining room was closed and there was no sign on any door that said this and they are out of the donuts I ask for every single time I go.
Very slow service i ever see in any dunkin donut. Never stop again here. Tim horton is better in service
Hold up to a long line in the Drive-Thru and was worried because I was on my way to work but surprised at how fast the line went through and the customer service was impeccable I couldn't believe how nice the people were I even mention to my wife the people working there were so friendly and nice
Staff is very friendly, the pumpkin chai latte is way better than anything Starbucks or Tim Hortons has to offer currently, and the breakfast is great too. Got a large drink and sandwich for 8$.
