The food here is excellent, for it being a fast food place. Tons of options, and some stuff that you can't get anywhere else. The food is a little more expensive, but it's well worth it. Really cool that the kids meals come with a free frozen custard. The restaurant was well maintained. Very clean. The employees here are all really friendly, and the service was fast. Our order was fresh, and tasted the same. It is aways busy here, and I can see why. We'll be repeat customers!
The staff was very friendly and pleasant. I ordered the strawberry fields salad, which normally comes with blue cheese, and they were able to switch it out easily. The grilled chicken was delicious and I enjoyed the pecans. I recommend their Culver's root beer!
I ordered a burger, mango cooler, and a concrete mixer. Pulled up paid they had me pull to a spot. Then with in a few minutes my burger was brought out. The lady said the drink would her out soon. Person before me gets there mixer. Person after me gets there order. I am them what's up with mine. There response is "they're behind in custard order". I wait another person gets there order. This goes on for thirty minutes. Two people who ordered mixers after me already got there's. I finally walk in to see why?! There finishing up my order but have the next three made being sent out. If your so behind how did you make give orders after mine? Or did you give my order to someone else and have to remake mine? Shouldn't take thirty minutes to hate two drinks. Now that I got my drinks I get to enjoy a cold burger. They just continued to act like they didn't mess up. Nothing for horrible service but cold food and late drinks. Bad enough the parking lot is a mess but so is the service.
I visited Culver's for the first time when it came to Monroe. I have dined here several times. The staff is friendly and helpful. Much of them are younger but are not as carefree or clueless as is typical at other eateries. Its vast menu selection is packed, to be sure. The food is hot and made to order. I like that they bring your food out to you when ready. My 9- and 7-year-olds enjoy their free scoop of Fresh Frozen Custard. It's not a little scoop like you'd expect. The two-scoop waffle cone for Dad is not small, either. The overall experience is somewhere between McDonald's and Denny's. The carpeting is lovely because you won't be forced to hear the screeching of chairs being dragged or scooted. This Culver's has a pleasant atmosphere for a family or just two. And the hip after-dark outdoor blue lighting is eye-catching and gives the spot a nice touch. It's a welcome addition to the growing Monroe County eatery line-up.
I've been to a few different locations and the food is always top notch. Hot, fresh, delicious. The Ice Cream is very food as well.. The only problem I had with the place was how expensive the food is. Definitely not fast food pricing. My burger combo was over $12 dollars. Maybe that's the going prices these days?? Which doesn't surprise me due to inflation. We can surely thank Biden for that!
First time at the new place. I had the shrimp dinner. Very good. My friend enjoyed his burger too. We both had to enjoy ice cream afterwards. Good help. Bringing food and picking up our dishes.
Parking lot is absolutely horrible. I can't believe they opened with it like that. It's a newly established restaurant in Monroe. It's very busy. So expect a line to order. It took about 10 minutes to get our food. The $7 large cheese curds tasted like they were made in old oil or redipped in oil to heat them. The Pepsi was gone/out and it was taking so long to get it replaced that I just chose another flavor. My burger was half off the bun and the bottom bun was too stuck to move it. The food was really good other than the curds. I didn't make any complaints but I'm sure management would have done something to correct any issues. Friendly staff. Clean. 2 stars off due to that parking area.Update. Service is faster. Parking lot still sucks.
Been here 2 times since they opened both times my order was made correctly was hot and fresh and everything was very delicious. The customer service is great everyone is really friendly and helpful. Way better than the culver's by southland mall. I will definitely continue to return. They got it together up in there.
