Buscemi’s on Monroe has the worst service. Had a bad experience with them previously where they forgot about our order and delivered it cold after I called and asked for it. However, decided to give them another chance. For this new order they advised it would take 50 minutes and after 60 minutes I had to call and ask where my order was. 15 minutes later they show up with our order, but was missing an item. We asked them to take the current food back and bring fresh food when it was all there so we weren’t eating at different times. They brought back the original items plus the missing item…so the original items were even colder now. Will never order from this place again.
Well there were several reasons this place got a bad review.1. Before I placed my order online I clearly wrote in the comment box "All I have is a $100 bill so make sure you bring enough change!" She arrives here and tells me she only has $20 in change.2. I ordered two side orders of ranch which I never got, they had to come back and give them to me which my fries and pizza got cold.3. I ordered a "Everything Large deep dish pizza" when I opened it I was very disappointed to see their were very little toppings on it and the cheese was very skimpy! It's supposed to have close to ten items on it and looked like two.I won't be ordering from here anymore!!
Best pizza. Make sure to go to Monroe St location. The Newport location didnt put sauce on pizza (not sure why- new person? bad day?) and it tasted HORRIBLE. Only had Newport once. Monroe st was great. Got several pizzas there. Always tastes fresh.
Slightly spicy sauce, crunch on edge of crust was excellent ?
Ordered a steak and mushroom sandwich, fries and a deep dish pizza. All of it tonight was disgusting. Pizza was as if overcooked cardboard, fries were raw and sandwich was soggy. Worst experience ever and it usually isn't that way
So good! New to the area, and we've tried every other place. This is our favorite. Thank you!! ❤️
My family has been regularly ordering from here pretty much since it opened and the food quality has yet to disappoint. However the customer service is hit or miss honestly. The majority of the time it's great but when it's bad, it's really bad. From rude delivery drivers and managers to food arriving extremely late (and then catching attitude when simply calling to ask the status). The most recent thing though is actually being able to get ahold of the place! For 2 weeks in a row now I've been trying to order but they either don't answer or there's a busy signal. I tried over the course of a few hours each time too. Of course it gets busy but it's ridiculous to not be able to get through after this long. Hence the hit or miss customer service. Hopefully this gets addressed and soon.
Ordered a pizza and cinnamon bread. Never got my bread delivered and when I realized they forgot it the driver was gone. Have been calling for 20 min and the line is always busy. Left a message and have yet to get an email. Pizza was cold and my kids didn’t want to eat it. Very disappointed for my first time ordering!!
Best pizza I’ve ever had. Try the bbq chicken with added pineapple & Cajun crust!
OK. Storytime.Your boy here is lactose intolerant. This becomes important later in the story. There are two things I absolutely LOVE, but only when they're exceptionally good. Ice cream and pizza. Today we will be discussing the latter.First and foremost, Buscemi's has become a (justifiably) reputable pizza joint in Monroe. Their reputation for a delicious and quality product is what drove me to try their wares. The crust has just the right amount of 'bite' and 'chew' without being overly crispy or doughy. The cheese stretches, but no so much as to be obnoxious, and there is just enough grease to remind you that you are, in fact, not eating a health food. The toppings are noticeably fresh and as delicious as the rest of their pizza. Now, as a lactose-intolerant individual, I know that every dairy product is a roll of the dice. Most of the time I ere on the side of caution and stick with a non-dairy option. Why take unnecessary risks? Well, in this particular instance I decided that the juice was worth the squeeze. I was not disappointed. So, even though I'm now only one sturdy cough away from a thermo-rectal explosion, I can say that it was totally #WorthIt. Keep up the good work, Buscemi's!
