the food wasn't to bad, but the tables were sticky, not cleaned

I usually prefer this stop if I decide to eat out for lunch. The team running the show during the weekday are always on top of it the best they can be. I'm not sure what happened today.(Saturday afternoon) The food was prepared horendously and the service was actually worse than the food. Please don't forget that we live and work in the same community. I will remember you next time you stop into my place of business and I'll be sure my teams show you exceptional guest service in hopes that you can remember the guest is the reason you have a job.
I was pleasantly surprised on my visit here. It has been quite awhile since I was here, I wasn't happy with messed up orders, cold food, rude employees etc. I was craving a ham and cheese cresant, typically it is hours before they're open when I'm in my way home from work, so I don't stop here. This time we decided to and everything was great!Ham, egg and cheese cresant, sausage egg and cheese cresant, hash browns, french toast sticks and our coke and diet coke were all correct. The food hot, staff was really friendly. We ended up going back the next day again! Thank you. Thank you to the morning workers. You're hard work is appreciated.
Love working in the freezing cold weather to then come to a fast food restaurant and feel like I am an inconvenience to every employee inside for pulling in the drive through to place an order. Really poor staff I dealt with this time around.

Drive through has improved as far as speed goes. The parking lot really needs some work, including the shared parton with the other area businesses. They have patched the really bad areas but still needs improvement.
