Foods always good.never disappointed!
worst service ever - and the customer service received by manager, Sal, was deplorable!!!!! I never leave feedback and never call corporate, but I did both on this joke of a place!

1st time at Bob Evans to eat with husband today we ordered 2 wild hog breakfast with a extra hasbrown with one meal an a Biscuit and gravy with the other they never brought his meal which was 12$ an some change I had to eat alone I gave him some of my food we shared but brought his biscuit an gravy an manager had the nerve to take 10$ off the meal was 12$ gave us no napkins really bad service I will never go back here I have never went any where an had this bad of service where they dident make your food but she gave us a bannan bread wow ya and was not busy only 6 cars in parking lot
Although my food was good I watched the waitress deny an elderly man WITH A CANE a place to sit citing a "10 min wait". Mind you this place is currently 1/3 full if that. After he walks out flustered she immediately seats 2 separate guests. Unbelievable.Customer service training is in need here.Wow.
Our meal was good. Our waiter was friendly and helpful. We had one small issue and the manager easily took care of it. Keep up the good work.
Service was great. Everyone made sure I was happy & food was great & I didn’t have to wait long. Will definitely come back & order online again
Took half hour to be seated in a 2/3 empty restaurant. Food portions have gotten way smaller. Prices went way up. Our server told us that the cook is very stingy with food. Wow that's a first time hearing that. He will help that restaurant lose customers and eventually close because I am sure I'm not going back anytime soon.
I made an online order and it mysteriously disappeared. I was charged and was told to cancel order which I could not. I had to re-order food and pay for it a second time. Manager pretended to refund money but money was never returned. They totally lied.
Very nice servers and great breakfast. Always have something new and comforting to try. Was cheap to feed the family and loved the bacon
