I travel for work and visit most Applebee's across the country. Always come to Applebee's for the family atmosphere. This particular store goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your experience. I always sit at the bar as to not take up space for families. The particular bartender who waited on me went above and beyond to make sure my Applebee's experience was great.. if you ever stop in ask for MEL. She is the absolute best. Always smiles and super courteous.. best customer service in town
Very good service! The manager kept coming around and asking if the food was okay, very friendly staff, and food came fairly quickly! 10/10 recommend!
Jaylynn was such a great server! She was very accommodating to our parties crazy needs (my brother needing extra peach flavoring) and was very friendly! Also the new donuts and cheese bites were very good! Would definitely sit in her section again!
It was a great atmosphere. I took my boyfriend there for dinner because he was having surgery the next day. I just wanted him to have a good meal before we went in our waitress I don't remember her name but she gave me her card so I'll make sure to add more comments let you know who our waitress was because she was absolutely awesome
Said 15 minute wait with more then 10 tables open then took over an hour for our food and our steaks where well done when we ordered them medium rare! Pasta was under cooked as well.
Mel is a very good bartender. Greeted us and took our orders. Drinks came quick and food followed shortly after. Everything was made very well. Great job to everyone.
Unfriendly host. Rude waiter. The one manager was unbelievably ignorant. The food was gross. The bathrooms were TRASHED. The restaurant itself was overall dirty looking. Would never return here ever again.
Fast service, fresh food, and service was great. Can’t ask for much more. Pleased with our several visits. (Bourbon street) with shrimp??
We got a weird look from the host (maybe because we had masks on? No one else did, which I expected, but didn’t expect to be treated rudely because we wore ours while walking in to be seated. Or maybe because we had kids with us? No other families with kids in there.) They sat us at a booth that had a huge rip down the seat - super uncomfortable to sit on and there were a bunch of empty booths. And they were playing a SpongeBob Squarepants song on repeat. Our third bad experience in a row, and we’re officially giving up despite this being close and conveniently located. What the heck is going on at this Applebees and why has the manager or corporate not done anything about it?
Went there today with my husband and mom. I ordered chicken Parmesan , the noodles were under cooked and very dry. I not very satisfied with this meal. The quantity was good but the quality was awful.
