Pretty good food. The waitress was great. The portion of food could have been bigger for the price.
Great cooks great wait staff I was shocked when I dropped in to use the restroom and they were slow on a Sunday afternoon this place has employed my friends and family members for 20 years remember FINO'S? WELL NOW THE FOOD IS BETTER THE SERVICE STAFF IS UNBELIEVABLY PROFESSIONAL HAPPY TO SERVICE YOU AND YOUR FAMILY They even HAVE a conference room in the back for big parties
Food was good. Burger, Chicken Strips, Lemon Rice Soup, Fries. The service was lacking a bit but very friendly. The owner/greeter very very friendly! Been here 5 times and probably will be back. The floors and bathrooms should be cleaned better though.
The best broasted chicken! Crisp was near perfect. Mashed potatoes with gravy plentiful and corn good. Nice side salad, greens were fresh. A little mix up on order didn't know as it was a carryout. Will go back!!
Let me start by saying that the wait staff was very nice. They were training some new people and were busy, but they made sure we were taken care of promptly. The food was good, I had the patty melt. The portions were fine and it was cooked through. My reason for not giving more stars is because the restaurant needed a thorough cleaning. The floors under the booths could use a good scrub and the bathrooms were in need of cleaning also. I've seen worse, but I have also seen better.Everything else was fine, it just needs a good cleaning. I will give them another try later.
You want a Family Restaurant with Great Food. Go no further!!!!. American Diner totally out did themselves. Harry and staff went above and beyond to accommodate my Mom's 80th Birthday Party. Thank you all so much!Highly recommend.
Paid 21.99 for a new York that tasted like burnt grill but was still not even fully cooked (asked for medium well), even a1 smothering didnt help.. server was rushed and only came over once, I had to get up and locate condiments. First time I was there food was better this time I was actually disappointed and probably won't try again.
Sat in back room so the waitress decided we weren't important. Had to go get our own condiments, our own refills our own to-go boxes. Waitress needs to be fired. Food wasn't good today either. Forgot to add- The older couple next to us were mad when we left since server left them out to dry too
Service was great. The girls were SO friendly. The food wasn't very good. The busicuits and gravy LOOKED great but it just tasted like unseasoned flour. The sausage patties were cold and they use those brown and serve patties. Not good.
We will not return to this restaurant. Each time I have been there... And there have been several... I have had to listen to the cooks foul mouths as they yell at the servers. I watched one today yell at the girl this morning and I felt horrible for her because after she went back to tell them a customer's food was overcooked... He yelled at her and called her a liar. I cannot believe you tolerate this behavior from your employees. I spoke with my friends about it and they had similar experiences. There are other dining options in Monroe... I encourage people to find them as this place is not a friendly place. I only wish I could give a zero star as that what you earned today
