Was the only person in line when I went to the drive through and waited at the speaker for five to ten minutes or so, every few minutes checking to see if there was a response. Drove around to the window and waited for a few more when I seen workers which one came to the window. I told them their speaker wasn't working and while she was telling me someone was just responding I seen the other employee picking up their headset who was chatting it up in the background. It's one thing for employees to not be doing their job, it's another to then seem like as a normal everyday customer that you are being inconvenient to them by trying to place an order. Something really rubbed me the wrong way about that, but funnily enough when I clicked on reviews to write one the only other comment I seen sounded like they had a similar problem so I am assuming it is a common occurrence and I hope they get it straightened out since a&w is one of the few decent restaurants in Monroe.
This place is amazing only thing holding me from giving that last star is the fact they don’t deliver. No door dash nothing. :/ so sad.. not everyone has a car and can drive and spend money on gas to get food, would appreciate if you guys could open your mind and get on door dash and actually start making money
Just finished a Frosty mug of A&W root beer along with a papa Burger. Brings back memories from the 1960's when I had my first A&W root beer when I was stationed in El Paso Texas. The Frosty mug and the root beer remains one of life's great pleasures....
Drive thru is very Slow!! Cashier was nice,I was in line for a good 20 min
Chili cheese dog was not even warm in the middle, fish sandwich was not hot, and also hard as a hockey puck. Took a few bites of each and threw the meal out. Not good at all and worried it was old.
Everything was cold and it tastes like it's 2 weeks old. Will never go to this location again!
I had not been here in years, we stopped to get my wife cheese curds, and a coke but decided to eat. Years ago we weren't thrilled with our food, but this time was great. Burgers hot n juicy, fries nicely done, and chesese curds rocked!
I went to the drive through last night, December 18th @ 9pm and no one would take my order. I could see in the window that they were laughing and trying to hide, but I did see them. The restaurant wasn't supposed to be closed until 9:30pm. What a disappointment. Complete representation of our youth and their lack of concern with doing a good job and putting the customer first. Way to go!
Footlong chili dogs are always good, but a nice cold glass of A&W root beer always hits the spot!Drive-thru was very quick and accurate! The accuracy part is kinda slipping since Co-vid hit! Sad!
Great food. Love the rootbeer. Cheese curds are good too.
