Stopped for a quick coffee via drive through. Very friendly staff
The drive through guy in the morning is so sweet. Always very polite.
Tim Hortons have had a sign on the window “drive thru only” for months. I pull up in the drivethru. The sign is still up. AND THEYRE STILL LETTING PEOPLE COME IN. IF THE LOBBY IS OPEN, TAKE DOWN THE SIGN SAYING ITS NOT!!! Ridiculous. No reason for that at all.
1 out of the 3 times I've went, it was open. If you're able to actually place an order, it's typical to other restaurants alike.
My favorite chain coffee place in Midland. The coffee is always hot. Service is great. They do have limited hours, often not open in the afternoons. Dining room still closed as of April 2022…
Worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. They finally remodeled the old building but have kept the dining room closed for two years since COVID-19 started. All other restaurants have opened long ago, but not this one. Drive through only.
Ever time I go there they never give you a sleeve for the hot coffee, I thought it was just the kids that work there are not smart enough to give it to you, but after going there I was told they are not allowed to give you one unless you ask for it because the owner told them not to give them out, what a cheep owner !! The price of the sleeve is already rolled into the coffee price.
Best coffee in town (thank you Canada). Sausage, egg & cheese on a English muffin, 2 for $5 deal. The perfect breakfast.
I rarely write reviews because I believe in second chances but the Midland Michigan Tim Hortons has had multiple chances and is by far the worst restaurant I have ever dealt with. Their expresso machine is down for clean (at 12:30 in the afternoon last time this happened), they are out of expresso, no more donuts, the list of excuses not to serve anyone goes on and on….the first few times it was like “okay, it’s only happened a couple of times,” but now it’s happening almost everyday, no exaggeration
Sat in a line 10 cars deep to find out they were closed at 10 am. No sign stating closed, nothing. Who does this to customers??
