I'm not normally a "Karen" but this review has to be seen. When we walked inside no one could be bothered to take our order, had to use kiosk. Should've just walked out at that point.Order was wrong. Told them they were out of a drink and they couldn't be bothered with helping me. The whole inside was trashed. Food on floors and tables. Drink area was super sticky. Trash on the floor and all over. Bathroom was disgusting, toilet paper everywhere. This tbell just needs to be shut down, useless staff and trashed building. Wouldn't recommend.
Drive-thru is quick and efficient. Food was pretty good for Taco Bell. It was all fresh. Can't complain.
It is extremely good! Me and my kid always love to go here and it's her favorite place to get food on the go.
Not a lot to say. It's fake as possible, still delicious, and usually the latest drive thru open. This place in particular, though, the late-night hours are constantly changing. You can drive through at 2:45 some nights, and on other nights, you can't get service if it's 12:30. Weekends and holidays are not factors.Staff is super friendly, though, so.. more than one star.
Manager has a lot of attitude, there was a line and I’m fine with waiting until we are told to go somewhere else because there is “two other Taco Bell’s in midland”
Had to use kiosk to order. They took care of drive-thru first because they are rated on it. Never going back here again. Too bad because inside was clean and nice except music was too loud.
Disappointing today. Went to get a Mexican pizza combo & this is what happen to it. Tomato are not even red & they look absolutely disgusting!!!
Taco bell was always my favorite fast food, the last couple of times it has not been the same. Service was ok, I feel like maybe cutting corners on quality will be their downfall. Makes me sad
Worst Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes waiting for someone to help me and I finally had to just yell and ask for help and they were absolutely no help. They were not polite at all and I had to ask other customers for help. 0/10 would not recommend. Go somewhere else
Avoid breakfast at both locations. Constantly out of something and you're stuck in line. Why tell me you're out of eggs or anything else and say there is a 15 minute wait but won't let me wait lol? I understand things happen but this has been a constant problem and no, I don't want a burrito at 9 am.
