I so want to give this a higher rating but wild cherry Pepsi isn't an option on the app nor is no ice......not to mention how long it took to place the order. Would have just used drive through but I had a reward to redeem. Definitely just ordering at the restaurant. Way faster
This girl tonight at work on north Saginaw snapped very easily and slammed the window Cuz I asked to add two tacos and we weren’t even done explain what I wanted on them two tacos so we honked the horn to get her attention about my Tomatoes to add to my order and she came back with angry attitude and then said she only has two people working so ur gonna have to get over it and then she slammed the windows and then gave us are food then when I asked her for her name she said She said she don’t need to give me her name wow what professional she was tomorrow I will be going back into there and getting her into trouble I don’t play one bit with ignorancey
Terrible customer service. The manager Jessica is like dealing with a child and she was Mgmt. She laughed when I called and told her my issue. Will never go back here again.
Poor service. They forgot one of our items. And my hard tacos wasn't hard they where soggy.
Okay seriously! Thankyou for wasting my time and gas. When you have signs up on your doors that state "open for drive thru only" common courtesy to let us dashers and other delivery services know you are open for us to come in. Use your common sense.
Why in the world would you invent a taco shell made out of chicken? What kind of crack-pot scientist in a lab coat pitched that to a room full of suits? Whats next, taco-pizza? You cant just combine foods like that, people will get upset.

They got rid of Empinadas and my mother had no idea. When we ordered one the drive through lady said (sarcastically) "we haven't had those in years, where have you been???" My mother then replied with " I don't know, not taco bell?" They laughed and she concluded our order. She was super nice and funny. I got to make fun of my mom for being an idiot. The food was great. 10/10 experience, would recommend.
This has always been and forever will be my favorite taco Bell no matter where my travels take me. Idk what they do different, but I'm rarely disappointed.
Maybe it's just this taco bell, but I swear taco bells just hire a better personality of person than most fast food places. Yeah, I love tacos but I like talking to a respectful and earnest person even better.
