SUPER nice staff. Good place to eat. We're from out of town and went after a Loond game. It was late but, they were fantastic.
The older/oldest lady manager of this place is awful. Have a picture of her snd video. Happy to post it and recorded her being a snot. She is a awful manager and awful employee. The whole place whoever is working doesn't matter when never gives you value for dollar or what products should look like, go to the taco bell at the other end of Saginaw. This place rips you off and the old manager woman is nasty to people. I should post her picture. :-)
They have A hard time getting orders right. they messed up my order twice within one day. went back the 2nd time and it was still wrong when I got home But they always try to make it right good food though.
Definitely don't go to this one if you want to get your order right, messed up my order an also forgot to give me part of my order
Big burritos this visit. Medium prices but not a big variety unless you spend a lot of money.
Not sure who is in charge of the staff working today 5-7-2022 around this time 4pm, but they were all very rude. They had 1 car in the drive through. No one came to the front counter. They would just stare and continue badmouthing an employee named brittnay and a few others who were not present. An employee that was leaving for the day came up to me asking if I was there to pick up an order. I said yes but then she walked out. Finally after 15 minutes standing there an employee asks them to make the door dash. An older lady hands me the bag. I asked if she put the sauce packets in it and she says no. I ask for the sauce packets then left. SMH. Very disappointed today
I wouldn't give them a 1 star.. They constantly mess up our order every time we go there. If I hadn't checked my food before I bite into it, I would have had to go to the hospital. When I said "no tomatoes" is because I am allergic to them!!! Thank you for screwing up yet again Taco Bell.
Though. I get the order fixed, has mostly been wrong every time through. I know it gets busy, but I'm 0 for 5 now. I'm getting a complex, ?.....update by the time I went three blocks home and dug in they were so soggy and stuck to the container " doritos taco supreme " I lost all interest and tossed all three. On a good note the pop filled me up.
terrible service. forgets something literally everytime i’ve ever been there. i don’t eat meat so i only get the chips and cheese and the veggie menu! EVERYTIME THEY FORGET THE CHIPS. OR THE CHEESE. OR BOTH. service is slow. food is always cold. the only good thing there is the drinks. but why not go right across the street to mcdonald’s to get a drink for $1 lol. so over this tbell. wish i could rate it a 0 star
