The nicest employees I have ever met! The guy accidentally made 2 drinks and let me keep them both. They were all super polite and nice.
This place was crazy busy. The drive through line wrapped three-quarters of the way around the building. There were lots of people inside, and lots of online pick-up orders sitting on the counter. And they still got our order done super fast! Amazing! The barista was really nice to us and our daughter.
Pink drink add peach juice 3 pumps raspberry syrup and sweet cream cold foam. Delicious. Oh and always get a free ice water for later.
Here usually once a week early on for coffee with a few friends, the staff is always in a great mood and seem genuinely happy to be there making it great place for us to enjoy our coffee and chat for a few minutes.
I got a medium hot chai latte and oatmeal with blueberries. It all tasted great! The staff was friendly and professional. Every once in a while I need to have breakfast at Starbucks, and I thought this one was excellent.
Staff is, for the most part, always friendly. I understand it can get crazy busy at this store. Every time I have gone store is clean.I hardly if ever drink coffee but I like their Dragon Drink. It can be hit or miss when saying light ice, there are times the glass is at least half full of ice.Overall, it has been a good experience!
I order my drink through drive through. The person took my order didn't care to confirm my order and messed up my drink. I understand if they were busy they could make mistake on drinks sometime. This time they were not busy. There was no line when I went, but they still didn't get my order right. When I asked the cashier to correct my drink, she didn't care to let me finish talking and took my drink back to change just one thing on my order. Then she handed me the drink, said you're all set, and turned her back on us. This time she still didn't get the right drink I order because she didn't care to confirm my order. I got no apology and the cashier showed an attitude even though she messed up my order. She didn't even give us a straw. I had to wait for her open the window again to ask for straw.
Love their new pistachio frappuccino! But still think prices too high. They need to provide more coupons and discounts. Senior discounts!
We come here every Saturday if we can make it and they do a great job and busting their butts working hard. If you walk in the lobby you will see them all working quick to make sure the orders are in place. Good job guys and gals.!
There seems to be no sense of urgency. Every time I come to this location, there is a line to the road. Even when you have drive through only and plenty of workers seems no sense of urgency at all. Maybe need better people to manage this location
