Absolutely delicious! We got the Heat Wave Pizza. The crust was thin and crunchy. They use fresh mozzarella which was so good. The tomato paste was the perfect mix of sweet an salty. The hot honey drizzle was awesome.
They are absolutely the best pizza in the area and it’s not even close. I am an Italian guy from NY and I have been looking for good pizza in the Midland area since moving here a year ago and finally found it. Good service and a great location. Oh and Shelby Huntley’s review is laughable please avoid it. It’s wood fired that’s why there is black on the bottom. Please know what you are talking about before making unfounded accusations
So I guess it’s more the lack of customer service for me. The older women running the till. I’ve worked customer service & I get being busy. But I don’t even think she cracked a smile or a thank you when we came here. Our 2 orders also had black on the bottom of the pizza, which if the oven was properly cleaned and the equipment it wouldn’t be so bad. Other wise the pizza was good. Tasted all fresh. But I think we will go back down to pizza Sam’s next time.
Pizza Baker is not only a great place for a quick bite, but the pizza quality is outstanding. Pizzas only take a few minutes to cook because of the 800° wood fire oven. The crust is perfectly chewy, the sauce is flavorful and the toppings are high quality.Food: 5/5
My husband and I had the Margehroni. It was really delicious. The crust was perfect, thin and crisp with a nice edge. The pepperoni was the old world type that curls up. Staff was very friendly. Highly recommend! Wish there was store near me!!

My wife and I both enjoy pizza and frequently seek it out while traveling. As such we have had the opportunity to try many styles of pizza from many establishments. Pizza Baker is right in our backyard close to home, and is one of the best artisan pizza places we have ever been to. In particular, the Margherita Pizza is our favorite of anywhere we have had it, among many we have tried. The passion for artisan quality food is apparent in the ingredients and final product. If you are looking for an authentic wood fired Neapolitan pizza, this is your place. Fair pricing and great service. Highly recommend.
So we came here as a first time customers. The older gentleman running the till was awesome super friendly and very helpful. We ordered the popular pizza that he said was great and a cheese bread. The cheese bread is really good, we ate both half loafs.The pizza came out looking really good, I like alot of cheese on my pizza so I was a little disappointed but I was still excited to try the pizza. The crust is really good, light, good crunch at the crust. The sauce was on the sweeter side which I like a tangy sauce so not my favorite but it was still good. The pepperoni and sausage was good a little greasy but still good. Overall a good pizza would try again just ask for extra cheese. Oh and if they made a homemade ranch it would go awesome with this Pizza.

Pizza is great! The dough is just awesome, the staff are friendly, and the building/atmosphere is fun. It is a bit pricier than other spots, but I am happy to pay a little more for significantly better pizza, and to support a local business with a good cause!
