The last 2 times I've been here I have found bones in my orange chicken. This place needs to get better quality product from other suppliers.
Not really a fan of Panda Express but of all the ones we've been to my family likes this 1 best.
I normally would rate 5 stars...but I ordered Honey Sesame chicken, which has crisp chicken, vegetables and the sauce is sweet but no heat. What I recieved on 4/21/22 was Orange chicken. I like it, but that's not what I ordered. Now I'm at work and can't get what I wanted.
Orange chicken a bit too sweet, don't care for the rice or the amount. Egg rolls were kinda gross and not sure real warm. The best part was the fortune cookie ? will make my own stir fry at home.
The whole environment is great! All the food options are buffet style so you can see it all ?? all the food was fresh, and hotSeating inside was clean.
Staff is friendly and answered any questions we had. Food was freshly made and tasted very good. Seating was clean.
Panda express is a little hit and miss. Some of their items (lo mein, kung pao chicken) are extraordinary but some (egg rolls, honey chicken) are kind of not great. Their family meals are an incredible deal!
Pleasantly Suprised on how good the food is. Always Hot and Plentiful. Price is Cheaper and better than the Sit Down ones now.
The Panda Express in Midland puts the rest to shame. This place is hands down, the best fast Chinese cuisine we have ever had. We love to go in and enjoy our food when it's hot from the wok and because it's such an enjoyable experience. The restaurant has always been very clean when we visit, they clean high traffic areas often and keep it tidy all throughout. The bathrooms are very clean and comfortable to use. They seem to have enough staff then when we are there, we see an employee cleaning and taking care of the place while the cooks are cooking and the counter people are serving. The staff is wonderful. Never witnessed such fun and friendly people at a fast food restaurant before. They care to take your order, they are respectful and have manners, and they seem to overall care about the quality that goes into cooking and preparing the food. Not sure if it's coincidence, but the cooks are always in a great mood and working as a great team when we are there. It's almost entertaining to see them laugh and smile while they work to make fresh food for customers. Not sure the managers name, but can tell she is the manager. She's always very nice and talks to customers asking how they liked their food and creates small talk. The food, it's awesome. Always hot, fresh, and so flavorful. Our favorite is the orange chicken, but everything we have tried has been great. The noodles are good, we had dry noodles one time we went and really with the sauce in the entree it was enough to balance the moisture of the meal. The greens, if your into those veggies, you must try as they are the best!! Prices are really far even with inflation these days. Between two people we enjoy a plate (2 entrees), noodles for both sides and order a medium side of greens, totals with tax just under $13, drinking water not pop. We leave satisfied and sometimes with leftovers. We either are lucky that we have a great experience and great food every time, or it's just that way all the time. I know we visit more because of how we are treated and how great the food tastes. I hope you have a good experience and good food as well. If you have an issue, I'm sure if you asked politely for your order to be corrected or for something different, that someone would assist. Respect works both ways and working in the restaurant business is not easy making every single customer happy up to customers standards.
Usually everything is correct but when we got home we didn't have the chicken and mushrooms that I ordered, I had orange chicken. It was good but not what I ordered and the last 2 times we've been there they've not had sesame chicken. Service is quick and food is good.
