As usual we ordered more than we could eat. Luckily we travel with coolers and frozen ice block. Made a very nice dinner the next day. We had ?& rings. All very tasty.
Beer was ice cold in chilled mugs. Solid selection of local and domestic. Staff was very friendly. Charging stations at the bar. They are hiring and we’re understaffed it seemed. But made up for it with great service and hustle.
alittle disappointed about their chicken Parmesan was not served with spaghetti noodles. the serve ut now with a different pasta. other than that. excellent

Italian nachos, pepperoni rolls, spinach and artichoke dip are all top notch. Pizza is roughly a 7.7/10. Solid but nothing earth shattering
Great pizza and cold beer
This was definitely not the service we had hoped for. The restaurant had very few tables and we were sat right away (the only good part). It took 2 hours to get a pizza and burgers. The food was not fresh/hot considering the wait time. One order was forgotten and when brought out, the burger was raw. We asked for a Manger to come to the table to request the item be removed from the bill. A manager NEVER came to our table. The waitres asked if she could bring us anything else and we responded with a request for mayo and water (as refills were never brought or even suggested) she blatantly rolled her eyes in front of our entire party! We attempted to ask for refills prior but the shook her hand at us and said im busy right now. When the waitress asked if i wanted to take my raw burger home i responded no thank you and she says "oh ill take it home for my dog then". The pizza was delicious, but we will never return to the restaurant due to lack of service from staff and management.
We sat at the bar. Bartender was friendly and quick. We had a cheeseburger and fries and a blackened chicken salad. All three things were meh. Not bad but not good.

I have visited Old Chicago a few times in the past, testing the waters a little bit. After several visits, I feel as though I can give an appropriate review. Food smells great, comes out made to order, staff is very friendly, and they have a great ambiance.Major shoutout to Kassandra, who was working during my visit. She was in charge, calm, and running the show. I appreciate her communication and professionalism and specifically will return for this quality level of service.I am giving 4 stars because I would like to see the location busier! You folks have a great location and lots of opportunity for growth. Keep up the good work!
