They gave me an old crispy chicken patty on my sandwich but I called the store and they replaced it. The only thing about it was I was not going to be able to come back until the next day, so no dinner for me. Thanks Mc Donald's for being cheap instead of having quality food.
Got a quarter pounder with cheese after work and it was so raw the blood seeped through the box all over in the bag. I'm all for fast food but I least want it cooked when I called to tell them I got no apology I got come on back and tell them Kyle said to give you a new one. And the get paid up to 15 dollars an hour.
Dined inside and the staff was very friendly and attentive to making sure we were served promptly and food delivered right to our table.
Well it is fast food as they say but the service is slow and orders are always getting mixed up
The friendliest staff at any McDonalds I've ever been to. The food and drinks are always on par and their ice cream machine never seems to be down when we have our cravings! Great job!
As I approached the lobby door at 4:50pm on a Saturday afternoon. A young lady who was in a booth playing on her phone ran to the lobby door locked it and ran back to sit down. Particular lobby hours or not. That's horrible customer service. If your gonna have a public business. Then customer service is job one. Not ignorance and immaturity. Will not return for nothing. Businesses with that kind of customer service should shut their doors for good.
Cant remember everything always manage to forget at least one thing, sauce, parts of the meal something. No one ever seems to want to give you a receipt so they can scan the points. When you try to call they're rude and short. Not sure why I go to this one. Spend the extra 5 min and drive to the one down the rd.
Worst mcdonalds I have ever been to. I go multiple times because it's conveniently located but always end up with old food.
Food comes out fast and fresh and the staff is SO polite and professional!
I’m so sick of the McDonalds restaurants in my area giving me wrong orders or the food is cold and greasy. I won’t be back there are just too many other options available.
