Ordered and was fast service however was missing three items out of 6 upon arriving home.
Everyone here is always really nice, but I gotta deduct 1 star because it seems like they overwork them here. Whenever I go inside, everyone always looks pretty frazzled from being so super busy. Also, this last time we visited, the floor everywhere seemed super slippery. It was weird. But four stars because all the employees here are pretty cool and the food is always consistently good. Also, I do wish it was the 80s again and I could let my kids go outside to climb in the Officer Big Mac jailhouse. My kids love coming here but don't even know who the Fry Guys are and that's a shame.
No major complaints. Food is decent but if you order from the mobile app, it might be worth it to pick up through Drive Thru or In Store vs Curb Side. I have had my order messed up in the past but they will remedy.
I eat at McDonald's all the time and usually it's spectacular and the same. I got two quarter pounders with cheese and they both had garbage from the grill on them. I didn't get to eat lunch that day.
Lots of great deals in the McDonald's app for low cost look under "deals" for example large fries $1 or premium coffee any size $0.99. The only issue is the store manager in my opinion needs replaced very arrogant and shouting through the restaurant at fellow employees and customers and that should never be allow. Otherwise great place to visit.
Your typical food but there is a really nice worker who always makes sure he checks over our order at the window before he hands it to us. I appreciate that extra step he takes to deliver great customer service.
Seriously the WORST McDonald’s in all of the tri cities. I ordered a simple order. 2 mcdoubles no cheese. I ended up getting 2 mcdoubles with cheese and when I called to let them know and ask that they be sure to get my next order right the dude on the phone was SO rude, didn’t apologize, didn’t offer to do anything to correct this mistake. I would suggest south Saginaw McDonald’s as they are far superior with customer service and food quality!
I always ask for extra pickle because 1 is to little but this is nuts. 13 slices of pickles.
I've had a few orders that were larger and have had nearly no problems with them. The biggest issue was when I drove off not realizing I had left a second bag behind. I called and they told me they had it set aside and to just come back through to get it. It was my mistake and they still made it super easy and low stress.
It's McDonald's... Par for the course pretty much, you seen one... It was late and so service was quick and easy. Just wish they all didn't close at night now. That part really sucks!!
