Tired of being allowed to order food in the app and wasting my time and gas going to the store to be told they don't have the item. If your shake machine is closed make it so I can't order it, for the love of god this is 2022, you can't make it so that items are restricted when unavailable? How come McDonald's, a billion dollar corporation, find it acceptable to waste my time and capital?
Love working here AND ordering food here. They do the best under the circumstances they are provided with at all times
Food was unhealthy and gross like always. I gave it a 2 star cause the kids playland is opened.
Ahhhh! What happened to McDonald's?? I went through the drive thru and they were moving thru nicely then once I paid I seen why. They were moving vehicles up to the waiting area and bringing the food out, one vehicle at a time. Needless to say, the cars were literally parked on top of one another being Thursday afternoon 5:00. SUV's and truck's looked like they were playing dodgeball with each other. I waited almost 15 minutes then an employee came out and asked me if I was waiting for an order?? What in the world would I be doing in that mad house if not wait for my order? Anyway, I showed him my receipt and he apologized, went in and came back out with my order which obviously had been done for quite awhile. My medium fries looked like a children's portion and the food was stone cold. We don't go to Mac's very often and it's going to be awhile before we get the urge to go back. Sorry Ronald.
Went through drive through and got a 4 piece kids meal for my 2 year old son. When he opened it he kept saying yuck. When I looked, he had no chicken nuggets in his box. Instead, there was someone's opened sauce inside. I was immediately disgusted especially with covid going around. I drove back through and told them and they laughed it off. It was absolutely unexceptable and nasty! Incredibly disgusting!!!
The place was pretty clean but needed tables wiped more frequently, was there about 2 hours having dinner and playing with the kids and the staff never came and wiped any tables, all had been used in the play area. You can order from your table using the app and your table number but they staff don't know what tables are where so they yell out your # so they can find you. Overall it was a decent experience.
Good food, and great service. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Only 1 small problem, they put sugar in my wife's coffee and she asked for sweet and low. Highly recommend.
This is the best McDonalds I go to. The staff is always professional and kind. I use the mobile order and have never had them screw It up once. Thank you for your good work!
so rude and had 0 respect for customers. Treated me like I was so much work just for asking for a couple sauces.I also asked for a mcchicken with extra mayo once and they put tartar sauce on it instead. I was disgusted
was just there and ordered a two cheese burger meal with no onions guess what there was onions on it. fries were cold also.
