took over 40 minutes to be served food after sitting & ordering. brought rolls once with a stale apology. brought sauce to the table 15 minutes before food was served as a method of stalling. floor was disgusting like there’s years of stuff caked all over it, booth was poorly cleaned, they were out of turkey, out of kids cups, only gave two napkins with the meal. absolutely don’t recommend in any manner.
Ordered for me and my wife. They somegow managed to mess up every aspect of both meals. The food was visibly repulsive. I genuinely thought some of it was left overs from someone else's plate as it had an old-looking ingredient that didn't even go with the dish mixed in. The only saving grace was the waitress, who was attentive, polite, and apologetic. They clearly need to spend more on their kitchen staff.
Prices are ridiculous for what you get placed a to go order they got it wrong, asked for waffle fries received regular fries. Employees were extremely nice but ill trained possibly not getting proper training not sure. But the hard point for me and this hasn't been the first time it has happened as I have lived in midland all my life and have gone here all my life but the extreme prices for the low quantity of food and continually messing up my order has frustrated me too the point of making this review this has not always been the case yet I would say 2018-2019 is when things have started to go downhill I will never go there again till changes are made.
It was the worst meal and the worst service I have ever had in my entire 78 years on this Earth. The baked potatoes were at least 3 days old dark brown inside and the sweet potatoes were black on the outside and inside it was very little good potato inside. The the steaks were tough. The Maui steaks were totally mushy. Our server was a male and very rude. I had him return my potato and to finish cooking my steak a little more and he brought it back with a dirty plate and the knife was totally dirty and he held it up and said here's your steak without a potato and a dirty knife. I had to ask for a clean knife and he looked like I had totally insulted him by asking. He cleaned our table off only once and that's when we were leaving .Dishes were stacked everywhere. I was totally disgusted by the server and the service. There is much more that I won't go into detail on. So happy mother's Day to me and my two daughters. Thanks a lot Logan's I won't be back.
I admit I haven't been to Logan's for some time, mostly due to COVID. On today's visit nothing was what I remembered. The menus were completely different but that's okay change can be good.However, we went around 4:30 and surprisingly it was not that busy. We placed our orders, drank our pop and ate some rolls. That part was fine. They brought out our salads and that was delicious. Then we waited, and waited, and waited some more.... an hour more.Finally our meal came and we both instantly knew.... It had to have been sitting there waiting for delivery most of that hour because everything was barely luke warm and the gravy had developed a thick skin. It was quite discussing. I wanted to send it back but my sister was afraid they would spit in our food.... So we ate it cold. Blech! Needless to say most of it came home in a box for reheating later. They used to have really good food but now they smother your steak in onions, with mushrooms that are so salty they are barely edible. Racoons enjoyed it though.Our waitress was all over the place and never stopped to see how we were doing... She never even looked at us.. Probably because she knew that it had been sitting there forever.I do not see ordering another meal from here for a very long time if ever. It's really sad to see this place like that, I used to go there all the time before COVID.
Not a great time lol Tasted decent but man, have you ever seen a sadder plate. If you look at it close enough, you’ll start to hear sad little violins playing in the distance. Logan’s, the skimpy portion for $20 made me feel depressed. #dobetter
Wait staff is really trying to keep up. Food was good just not real hot. Baked sweet potato skin was burnt inside but not outside. Not sure how that can happen.
Total burnt garbage! So charred that it’s inedible!Takeout is broken, because you don’t know until u get home that your dinner is not edible! I’m done with Logan’s! Seriously i should not have to pay for this!
Our waitress came over to our table 30 minutes after we had ordered our food. She then proceeded to tell us she forgot to place our order. Then got an attitude with us. She was not friendly at all and should not be working there. Honestly the worst service I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The manager was even rude.
I had the teriyaki chicken! it was soooo good. my husband had the French Dip and said it was the best he's ever had. love this restaurant.
