My experience with the sub shop across the street suggested preference was given to on-line orders. After reading all the negative reviews, I almost did not go. I walked in, service was fast and friendly. The sub was good until I bit into the Jimmy Peppers…then it was fantastic!

Lobby is never open, we eat there everyday for lunch and have to eat on the sidewalk outside in the heat. They have all the tables marked "not available" except a couple. Can't sit at those either, as we got yelled at for sitting down to eat our lunch. They claim its due to lack of staff, but they have like 20 people working, more like due to staff laziness.

Treated us awful, disrespectful staff will no longer eat there. Have been spending almost 50 dollars everyday there which will now be spent at jersey mikes across the street. Basically said our staff is too new, what to clean a table. They have been there for months at a minimum. What a crock.

If you’re delivery time is going to be lengthened due to “lack of staff.” Then you should at least notify us so we aren’t stuck waiting two hours for a measly sandwich.

Jimmy John's of Midland used to have it together... as of lately, not so much. Seems more often than not they are closed.

Well I bought 2 subs 26 bucks never again and to top it off the bread was hard as a dam rock. Last time I spend a dime at jimmy johns

I don't know if they are still understaffed or if the staff just doesn't care anymore. Maybe it's a bit of both. They close way too early, and apparently rarely deliver now. I don't think the "Subs so fast you'll freak" is even their slogan anymore...more like "if you are able to get a sub from us you'll freak".Beyond the nebulous operational schedule, they make mistakes that are more confusing than anything. Ordered a Hunter's Club with extra roast beef...got it home (because they didn't deliver that random day), and it was a Hunters Club with roast beef (normal amount) and turkey....? Like, it takes more effort to mess up a sandwich that way than to just forget the extra meat. Also, if they say they close at 7, you better pray you don't get there at 7:00:01. They take that closing time seriously. On one rare occasion where they were actually delivering, I was told I shouldn't even bother ordering food at 6:40 because they closed in 20 minutes. OK...guess I'll take my money across the street then? Maybe they should have a commission-based pay to have some incentive to provide at least passable customer service? But whatever - it's a sandwich, and basic one at that. Shame on me for being too lazy to just make it myself I guess. Not a recommend.

Definitely needs a better drive-thru area. Food was decent but a tad pricey

The food was great and never any issues with the order. However, I don't think they should have the delivery option available if they are going to make one person do all the deliveries. We had to wait 2 hours for 2 sandwiches because of this. I feel bad for the employee. Either have more delivery drivers or remove the option for the time being. I get there's a staff shortage going on, but it doesn't mean you should unload all the work on one employee.

Ordered some sandwiches a couple hours ago (I’m at work and not far) and they haven’t arrived. Tried calling the store and the phone is off the line? Are you for real? How do you allow this placed to be staffed by such lazy bums? (Mind you we still haven’t gotten our sandwiches)
