Sad to say I was very disappointed with the customer service. I was nothing but polite and went in to buy some things to surprise a few of my co-workers with.I debated putting this review in and I understand everyone has bad days but you just don't treat people the way she did when dealing with the public. I was going to take my grandchildren there but I won't now.....so sad
I've never been to a business with a more unprofessional and antagonistic staff. The cashier was incredibly rude, the manager must have been her grandma or something because she let her get away with everything. Never going back. Disgusting.Also the manager very loudly started yelling and complaining that they only had one piece of a pie left...and slammed it on the counter so everything flew out of the dish. It was so awkward we customers were just kind of side eyeing each other.
Bought a cherry pie from one of the local grocers. Not only was it all crust and hardly any cherry but the pie dough was raw. If the pie is going to be 75% dough, perhaps it should be fully cooked. Ended up throwing out the entire pie since it was inedible. Super disappointed.

A picture speaks a thousand words, so, here you go!Do you see the mold growth?We bought this slice of apple pie today.This kind of mold growth takes a month to develop had we left a piece of fresh pie inside our fridge at home. I wonder how long this stuff has been sitting there.I'm devastated since their pies were my favorite.

I ordered a cheesecake with local delivery. The person on the phone was so helpful, courteous, and kind. I will definitely use the business again.
