We drove out of our way while traveling up north to try this place because the reviews said so many good things. It did not disappoint! Not only were the business owners incredibly nice and friendly, but the food was amazing too! They were sold out of a few things when we arrived, but next time I'd be happy to buy the whole menu. It was that good! Delicious and authentic, best part is they don't serve dead animals ☺️ will definitely stop here again on my next trip up.
I wanted to put one star ,but i know it would reflect the overall rating ..and i really dont want to be mean..I usually cook koshri at home ..and . Was so excited to try this resturant..me my husband and my kids were really hungry..but unfortunatley the koshri were watery,no flavoures .. the lentil and rice were uncooked ! So Sorry to say it was worse koshri ive ever tried..also the spanish pie was bad.

I'm a straight up carnivore all my life, but tonight I tried the signature dish here at the big Vegan Egyptian Koshery and I'll be back to have that again. Wow, nice job making Vegan taste awesome to a person who never tried it.The people working here are really nice and make you feel happy that you stopped in to eat.
Food was amazing and service was very friendly. I had the Koshery and Shay tea with sage. 10/10 recommend.
I highly recommend ordering their Koshari. Tasted brilliant even though we ate it about 3 hours after ordering it to go. The Baklava's are decent and doesn't really knock the ball out of the park.I will definitely go again though, that Koshari was brilliant and the garlic sauce that its was topped with made the dish come together very well.Highly recommend visiting this place.
Take outFirst time trying the Koshery. Loved it.The owners of the restaurant are really amazing people. Great choices for vegetarians and vegans. Would definitely go there again.
