The Chick-fil-A of burgers! Friendly and welcoming atmosphere created by the staff. Super clean. Out of this world butter burgers. Tried the crinkle fries that came highly recommended, but tasted like all the other crinkle fries I don't like... I think I just don't like crinkle fries! BUT on the trip home we stopped again and I wasn't disappointed with their cheese curds (and repeat butter burger)!
I like Culver's in general, but through several visits, I still haven't gotten a correct order, and it doesn't help that the guy taking orders at the drive thru will interrupt in the middle of an order more than once to ask if there's anything else. I mean, I get it, you wanna get through the line, but he just adds time and isn't polite about it.It's also rather unique to find a Culver's that hands out grainy concrete mixers. I've never seen that before, and among probably around ten visits here, I've only gotten it once, buuuuuut that's a waste of four bucks.

Fast service to our robotics group of roughly 25 people. They let us move tables which allowed us to dine together. Food came out rather quick so we were all able to dine together even though we all had seperate orders. Very friendly, hard working staff.
Every time I go to the Culver's in Clare, Michigan it is Absolutely Amazing! Food and service. We happened to be down in Midland Michigan and I ordered onion rings instead of fries and there was a dollar up charge which was OK with me except except for they came out old and burned couldn't even eat them. What the Drive-through people there were nice. I only give it a negative star because they up charged for old burned onion rings
We have loved and supported Culver's for decades! Seems like much healthier food and really great people at every location. We placed a to-go order at the Midland Location at about 5:40 pm on a Tuesday evening and did not receive a side order of mashed potato and gravy and a marinara sauce that we paid extra for. My wife became quite sick, unexpectedly, after eating the mushrooms and Swiss burger. We called to leave this info with the manager only but they wouldn't answer their phone; hense this public review. Order # 62 from 4-5-2022.
Ate inside for the first time in 2 years. Same atmosphere food was good but not as hot as we remember. Overall good. Drive thru experience has suffered a little since covid however.

We dined in, very polite counter people taking orders, food was delivered to our table hot with all the fixings as ordered, and follow up with refills was great. Very pleasant experience.
