My bread sticks are supposed to be covered in a drizzle of butter, however, they're covered in a pound of it. Literally a replacement from the other batch that looked the SAME way, these were so awful that I had to clean GREASE OUT OF MY CAR because of it. The kicker to it all? I live two minutes away. Literally a 5 minute walk. I guess I've never ordered around lunch time, just dinner time, but you really need to educate your morning workers on how to make bread sticks. Or maybe they just didn't care because I used my points for them? Either way, I'm not happy, and I'm waiting a few hours to call and complain, AGAIN. I spend TOO much money there to be given a heart attack for taking a bite of a bread stick. I can't even eat these, but I felt like if I said, "nah, they still look bad" they still would've not taken me serious and made them look the same. Then he tried to defend his actions, "I'm supposed to put butter on it" yeah, a DRIZZLE, NOT AN ENTIRE CONTAINER.
My pizzas were cold and I mean like it was refrigerated. I stopped in - ordered my pizzas- gave a nice tip and got cold undercooked doughy garbage.The price you charge for pizza is ridiculous. The only thing worse is your staff who cluelessly serve cold food.Should have known better by all your bad reviews that I read after spending my money.Oh well, now I know where NOT to go for pizza in Midland.
I ordered the special, Pizza, Stix, Dip Large 1-Topping Pizza, Regular Innstix, and Garlic Cream Cheese. I asked for the butter garlic parmesan crust. I got it delivered. It had Pizza sauce instead of the garlic cream cheese and the crust had absolutely no flavor. The only reason I ordered cottage inn was for the Dip and flavored crust. I even added a good tip when I ordered. I tried calling and no one picked up. I am super disappointed. Usually when I order from there, it's always fantastic.
Most consistent pizza in Midland and our go to spot. Their gourmet pizzas are tasty and a LOT less grease than Jets.
Well first order and last!!! Took over a hour and it's now in my oven warming. It was cold and expensive for the size
Today we have a power outage at my apartment complex. And had hungry kids at 10 am. Cottage Inn came through. And what we ordered was super fresh and super good. Thank you Cottage Inn

10/22/21We had ordered a pizza, bread sticks and a salad online/ paid online and ordered it ASAP.Once I got to the store I was told 10 min. After that I noticed how busy they were and the amount of people complaining. 1 hour later I received our food with no apology or a offer/ coupon etc. I do know it was busy however they where extremely rude, and VERY un managed. There is no way this should of happened even under a busy schedule. This place is poorly managed and the kids and 12 staff operating the kitchen could not even use any common sense. If I were the owner I would fire every single person in that place. I will never eat at this place even if it was the last place to eat at or food to eat. I would rather starve to death.
I find their pizza to taste akin to when good food was produced "In house" and families flocked by the hoard to a place where their was an arcade for fun when food was finished or waiting for.(For anyone who doesn't take the hint similar to ole Showtime[also known as (Chuckies 'main topping on a pizza')](Cheese)(back when it was better/good)
