This Burger King is the ABSOLUTE slowest!! Cars are backing out of drive-thru and driving off. Ridiculous! We drove off after ordering and sitting for ages.
The hamburger was just warm. Would have liked it hot like the Jalapeno Bites were... Use to have a much better quality of food. Lately, burgers are barely warm, even the Whopper? Chicken nuggets & sandwiches & Fish sandwiches are always hot. Need burgers to be the same. I think like McDonald's, they are microwaving burgers and putting them under a warm lamp. They should be cooked & hot like the old days. People will wait for a good meal. Just saying...
The other employees were super kind as always me and my son get nuggs pretty regularly! But the grump with the glasses / blonde hair should learn to uncross her arms and learn how to communicate to customers. We all have bad days but her attitude was out of line.
Worker was very whiney and rude, fries were cold and soggy, sandwiches were cold and tasted old , very disgusting!!! Worst burger King I've ever been too
I usually go to the s Saginaw road burger kind because I live around there. But I was at the mall and decided to get bk here. The costumer service was amazing! The man who gave me was food was extremely nice and polite. Didn’t wait long for the food. Got the order correct. Would recommend this place
Every time I go they screw up my order. This time she asked for the bag back. Even though I literally took out the fries and food and had my hands on it. She proceeded to hand me my actual order, and put what I handed her back on the table to hand to the folks behind me. This is disgusting and really shouldn’t be happening.
Normally, I would give more than 3 stars. The food was good but the very young staff were so "distracted" talking about their slip and falls that their customer service was lacking. The customer is your first priority. Talk about your owies after the customer has been taken care of.
Chad, the Assistant Manager was fantastic. Keep a level head and was prompt! Even went out if his way to try and find me a specific item I requested. Kudos to Chad.
This location has very poor customer service. I placed an online order and when I pulled up to the drive thru and the girl said the drive thru was broken and I had no choice but to come inside. Once I’m inside the drive thru is working again. I tell them I’m here for an online order and the girl working the register said okay and walked away. I waited 10 minutes and I asked if my order was ready and they hadn’t even started it yet. I come to Burger King again today and it’s just a bunch of kids working who are a combination of very shy and rude.
Not the great w;hoppers of old.. Now taste greasy and artificial smoke flavor. Ya ruined it!
