Ordered 2 burgers both with no onion. One had onion one did not. One burger was so loaded with mustard it dripped onto my clothing. All you could taste was mustard. Service was friendly.
Food was not very fresh. Customer service was alright-ish. Probably won't be back.
Ordered a #2 meal large sized(double whooper). I was specifically asked, if I wanted cheese or bacon. I replied just cheese. What I got was 2 whopper jrs with no cheese???!!?? Really, I mean REALLY! Burger Kings new motto..."You'llnever get it your way!"
Me and the wife went for a quick dinner wa Ted to try the new melt. Got to the speaker and was told one moment keep in mind there was only one truck in front of us 8 mins later still nothing. Pulled up to see what was going on and there was no cars at the window picking up and order and the white truck that was in front of us was gone. Unless there was an emergency you need to fire whoever is working tonight. Going else where
This particular Burger King restaurant is absolutely horrible! The food was cold and was very sloppy with sauce covering anything. I returned the food and explained that it was not made correctly according to the pictures on the menu the manager in which started a argument with me I asked for a refund which was denied!?!?

Under the same roof as Shell.Too many times I've ran over to get a burger or fries when I'm filling up my car or buying smokes. It's so convenient!
Service at breakfast was slow. They could only take 1 drive thru order at a time and complete it before taking the next 1.
Today, the drive thru was empty. I waited for 30 seconds for somebody to answer. I said Hello, then the employee said "Hi, how are you" in the most petty way possible. Then, I went on to ask about a temporary promo deal they had, and before I could finish asking, she rudely interrupted me and continued being petty and said it had to be done through their app. Well excuse me for not knowing that. She said it like I was supposed to feel stupid.
My grandson nugget and fries where not that great. The fries tasted like they been sitting there long time. The only reason I gave you 2 stars is the only thing that was good was the shake.
