Very bad experience. The food took more than 2 hours and the waiter (stephanie) did not take the order correctly the first time the service took way too long. Also when she came to give us the Bill she brung no Pen to sign with.
probably the best experience that I have ever had at a bdubs in my life. Baxter I will say was an amazing floor manager along with our server Kelsey absolutley made our experience worth ever dollar that we spent there. Bdubs I hope those two get some love sent there way. also the best food at a bdubs ever.... that is no exaggeration. THE BEST.
I had a bad experience before this one, the manager tried to make it right so we gave it another shot. This time was good experience but this location does not participate in all the state and national franchise promotions. Otherwise I'd have given this last experience 5 stars, so they lost 1 star bc once u get there u find out they don't participate in what the BWW franchise advertises.
We requested ranch four times and once sour cream. For each request, they left us blue cheese. I understand their busy and don’t have lots of time, but we are just as important as the other customers.
First time trying their Southern Chicken sandwich and it did not disappoint! Brioche bun double crispy tender chicken w aioli & slaw..thank you BWW!!
So this restaurant made me sick last night. We ordered $71 worth of food. You gave me 5 everything pretzels knots with a spoonful of beer cheese. And seriously for 20 wings.. this is the amount of ranch(pretty stingy compared to the other BWW chains I’ve been to)That ratio was way off. And the boneless chicken wings literally tasted like the oil they used in it was not good. Im pretty upset that I was counting on the quality of this place to be good. And I could have ordered from somewhere else if I knew it was gonna make me sick. Make your food with love next time for your customers so they don’t have to feel like this please. I will be adding this to the list of places in Midland not to order from in the future.
Went to Midland Bdubs for late lunch. We ordered a haddock fish sandwich. They brought out just the fried fish fillet on a tray. Told them we asked for the sandwich. They took it away and brought it back on a bun, but there was so little tartar on only on side of the bun, it was hard and dry. I asked for more tartar. The server brought it but charged me $.60 for it!! I’ll never go back there again for food!!!!!
They didn’t have our reservations, I was told that that they don’t take reservations on weekends. Really confused as I received two reminder texts in which I replied back that we we would be there! They did however get us a table for 10 in bar area which was fine.
I just ordered a takeout and while I cannot comment on the food, I haven't left the parking lot yet, I must comment on the customer service. Jasmine answered my call to take my order and she displayed exemplary customer service. She was kind, extremely helpful and patient. I have been in the restaurant/service industry for 13 years with 10 of those as management, if she was on my team I would have her training for a higher position based on my single experience with her. I would have taken the time to speak with management myself to ensure they knew what a gem they have on their team but the restaurant was quite busy and close to closing so I didn't want to hold anyone up.
I ordered fried pickles and 15 wings. The fried pickles were soggy and cold, 10 of the 15 wings were cold enough that the grease in them settled. The last 5 were hot. Don’t get people sick because you’re pushing old wings on people. 3 stars because 1/3 of the wings were hot so effort points.the last box I grabbed was the one hot.
