I want to thank this location for keeping the vegan bragel on the menu! It’s so good, and a perfect option for a vegan breakfast, which is hard to find in Midland. So thank you thank you thank you! Please don’t take it off!Also, the staff is always amazing and friendly. All around a great location :)
Great choice of coffee flavors / love the fact this is a local & Michigan based business - this location Washington & Saginaw roads area is the most convenient of all of the Midland Biggby Coffee stores.... Added plus close to Midland Community Stadium and many streets to access this coffee outlet. Walking distance from circle shopping area - the traffic is lighter than the many other coffee outlets on Eastman Ave including the other Biggby Coffee store on Eastman Ave. I dislike the speed and amount of traffic on Eastman Ave. So if a store has access from a back street not involving Eastman Ave that is a plus for me - the Midland Mall and Meijer are good examples of easy access without using Eastman Ave.
This is a great place to be prices aren't bad either and the service is outstanding. Make sure to leave a tip after placing your order they deserve it
I got great service from a young man named Dae Dae today fast and super friendly service I stopped in for a caramel cold brew with cream. And let me just say it was perfect.
The coffee was great but the service was awful. The girls working were being very rude and had attitude when I asked questions. I don't think I can come back.
So I was in last night and I asked the dude who whipped my drink if I could get extra syrup stuff on top and he gave me a strange look put the lid on and handed me my drink which was very sticky but maybe he just didn't understand me. But Then I came in today and there was a chick this time maybe a manager cause she was the only one with a burgandy shirt on but I tried to answer the question and she ignored me, sounded very rude not just to me but also the people she works with while just standing there huffing and puffing and then when I got my drinks there was sticky peppermint candies stuck to the bottoms of my drinks. And usually I don't comment or complain like this but I think she just gave off the most "I hate my job and everyone else" kinda vibe I would rather stub my toe than work with her.
The staff and service is amazing they are always so helpful and sweet. This is my favorite coffee shop. I don’t go anywhere else because from experience there’s no coffee that compares to there’s.
Good--large variety of drinks, friendly staffBad--terrible drive through; it has the slowest drive through service of any drive through of any kind I've ever been toUnfortunately, it's the only Biggby in Midland--you're better off going to one of the three Biggbys in Mount Pleasant
Hurts my heart to post 3 stars bc I'm literally obsessed with the new cookie butter coffee flavors! Hot/cold it's bomb! However the actual service at the shop is well.. average... We pass thru here atleast 3 times a week and we wait for too long every time! ? Bums me out!Other then that the coffee/foodie selection is good. And you can get breakfast all day so that's an automatic winner for me! ???
